Details of problems:
At 15 July 2014, JPI found problem Incoming Switch-gear 20 kV at CV260 E-House tripped with
Message Over-Voltage at SEPAM protection relay. It Happened when Energize feeder Spreader
from MSC Switch-gear.
After troubleshoot and isolate problem, found that Power Cable 20 kV from MSC Switchgear to
MSC JB Track-5 bad. There was noisy (cracking sound ) on the cable before SEPAM tripped when
energize power to cable.
Alarm histories at SEPAM Protection relay show that phase 3 to neutral have short indication. It
also proven from HI-pot tested that show L3 failed. Because of that reason, we change the cable.
