A STUDY OF VIEWS OF ALI MIRZA ABOUT

SAIYIDUNA MUAVIAH.
Engineeriah Ali Mirza likes to speak implicitly when he thinks his
explicit statements shall expose his consparary against S:aha:abah
RD: in general and S:ah:a:biyuR Ras:l Saiyiduna Mua:viah RD: in
particular.
A analytical study of about more or less fifteen to twenty lectures
yields that Enginer Ali Mirza believes :=
After the death of Holy Prophet a number of S:ah:bah became
Fa:siq or Fajir or both. [Astaghfarullah].
In the case of Saiyiduna: Mua:viah RD: his belief is that := After
the death of Holy Prophet ,although Saiyiduna Muaviah remained a
Muslim , he became Fasiq or Fajir or both [Astaghfarullah].
However his consperary is that he does not say it Explicitly but say
it Implicitly.
The very same technique he used against Saiyiduna: Imam Ibn
Taimiah RH: .
He did not declared Ima:m Ibn Taimiah as Kafir Explicitly but he
Ascribed towards him Kufr implicitlyby claiming that He is a
denouncer of a H;adi:th: that is MUTVA:TIR. [We take refuge from
ALL-H from this false allegation of Ali Mirza of Jhelum.] . It is
axiomatically held by all Sunni Sects [ASHA:IRAH,MATURIDIAH
,SALAFIAH,H:NA:BALAH] that one who denieth a single Mutva:tir
H:di:th:, is a Kafir with Certainty.
This is the IMPLICIT way of Engineer Ali Mirza: of Jhelum.
In the case of Saiyiduna: Muaviah RD: Engineer Ali Mirza of Jhelum
,Engineer Ali: Mirza: employs a similar technique to convince his
audience and followers that Saiyiduna: Mua:viah was a Fasiq or
Fajir ot both.
Engineer Ali Mirza cleverly and mischievously accuses Saiyiduna:
Mua:viah RD: of Such ACTS and DOINGS which are Necessary and

Sufficient for a Person to Be a Fasiq and a Fajir , if they are

committed or done by any person who so ever he may be.
The following acts and doings [deeds] are ascribed to Saiyiduna
Muaviah in more or less fifteen to twenty lectures different lecture.
1] Violation of Commandment of Holy Prophet, when Holy Prophet
sent Saiyiduna Ibn Abbas to bring Muaviah with him.
[Misinterpretation of a Tradition of Holy Muslim]
2] Allegation Of Curse of Holy Prophet upon Muaviah RD:
[ASTAGHFARULLAH].
[Misinterpretation of a Tradition of Holy Muslim]
3] Allegation of Killing of People With out Right and With out
Justice.[Misinterpretation of a tradition of Saiyiduna: Amr Bin A;
A:s: RD:]
4] Allegation allowing acts in his house which are prohibited in
Shariah. [Like wearing of suits of Skin of carnivorous animals].
5] Allegation of Scolding of Saiyiduna: Ali RD: or making his
governors to Scold Saiyiduna: Ali: RD: .
6] Allegation ofNot keeping the promises which he made in the
peace treaty with Saiyiduna: H:asan RD: .
7] Allegation of Becoming happy on receiving the news of death of
Saiyiduna: H:asan RD: , and saying some disgracing words .
8]Allegation of Saying that He is more rightful for Khilafah
[Caliphate] then the Father of Saiyiduna: ibn Umar RD:
There is an implicit allegation which is that Engineer Ali Mirza RD:
wanted to say that Saiyiduna: H:asan RD: was poisoned on the
orders of Saiyiduna: Muaviah RD: .
How ever as this is some what implicitly stated, we give the benefit
of doubt to Engineer Ali Mirza and include it in Probable
Alligations of Ali Mirza: and does not include it in allegations which
he alleged to ascribed with certainty.

So as Ali Mirza has ascribed such acts which are Necessary and
Sufficient to make a person both Fasiq and Fajir [Transgressor and
Sinner],any excuse of Ali: Mirza that he did not declare Saiyiduna
Muaviah as Fasiq or Fajir or both ,cannot be accepted.
What he is trying to do is to make a ground for declaring Saiyiduna:
Muaviah RD: as Fasiq or Fajir or both, yet he is not stating it
explicitly.
This scheme is very dangerous indeed and must be pointed at
immediately.
Sooner or latter he shall continue this practive and extent his
scheme to declare a number of S:ah:abah including Mothers of All
Muslims.
Ali Mirza has even analogue Saiyiduna Muaviah with a former
Katib of Vah:y who became Murtadd. But very cleverly he did not did
it explicitly but implicitly as according to his conspiracy.

Please analyse this and stop hearing his lectures and study
yourselves the truth. There is no need to listen from a Heretic.
