Clich or fact, PEOPLE drive your organisation? In the digital age we are
faced with social media, lean process, do less with more, drive higher
prots and stay competitive. These key strategies cannot deliver results
without people who are making it happen. Over 50% of the workforce
in Australia alone are currently seeking new opportunities. The ip side to
this coin is that the majority of people hate change, so why would people be
looking for new opportunities? Analysing this trend, we believe a large percentage
