Para el desayuno, beb un batido y comi un poco de granola. Tambin


cuenta con dos pltanos y un vaso de agua.
Para el almuerzo, tuve una bandeja de vegetales y dos pltanos ms y

Para la cena tena una ensalada de espinacas, rbanos, zanahorias,
judas, tomates y aderezo de aguacate. Tambin tuve 2 pltanos,
fresas y un vaso de agua.
Hoy com suficientes frutas y verduras, pero no comer productos
lcteos o carne suficiente. He limitado mi consumo de grasa y azcar,
pero no beber suficiente agua. Hice ms de una hora de actividad
fsica y, en conjunto, se volvi con la mayora de las recomendaciones
de la USDA; pero tengo que comer ms carne y productos lcteos y
tambin beber ms agua.
For breakfast, I drank a smoothie and ate some granola. I also had two
bananas, and a glass of water.
For lunch I had a veggie tray and two more bananas and an apple. I
also had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a glass of water.
For dinner I had a salad with spinach, radishes, carrots, beans,
tomatoes, and avocado dressing. I also had 2 bananas, Strawberries,
and a glass of water.

Today I ate enough fruits and vegetables, but did not eat enough dairy
products or meat. I limited my intake of fat and sugar, but did not drink
enough water. I did over an hour of physical activity and altogether,
complied with most of the recommendations USDA; but I need to eat
more meat and dairy and also drink more water.
