TRANSFORM AND ROLL-OUT

(Excerpt from the Book Reside N Conquer)

We could remember this familiar term in the voice of a leader in a popular robotic movie. It is
also appropriate to use if we want the church to maximize her potentialities to grow and achieve
things for God's Glory. Nowadays, in public service and administration the word "Roll-Out" is
also used in order to clearly disseminate and implement such rules and guidelines to govern a
necessary program.

More so, God gives us a holistic plan that propels us to have the courage to go on and
hold to Him dearly.
We can only express limited things on this area of a topic, but the experience that
God gives us moments that is unquantifiable. Before we begin, let us thank God for He
lives and reigns forever.
The common problem of people is that we have different scenarios in life but we
must admit to deal our situation by calling the One True God.
The apostle Peter experienced that he called the Lord to save him (Matthew
14:29-31), the process is clear
God INITIATES and God CARRIES out.
Christ invited Peter by saying Come. There is an action to govern, Peter got out
of the boat. Peter was distracted and the beautiful experience went haywire but God is
there up to the end to give His every son to savor the sweetness of such salvation that
could be transcribe as victory.
Common pitfalls could be seen on different vantage point. Such thing is,
Ahead of the Lord, Behind the Lord, Outside of the Lord, Without the Lord.
In Ahead of the Lord the people have Gods plan but not His timing. Gods
timing is surprising it is always connected to the word endurance. The stamina of Faith is
being developed in this stage. Its not how you start but how God built you to last.
"Longetivity" is a familiar word when it comes to Christian service. God is able
to keep us from falling (Jude 24). God wont let us fall. We may have spiritual setbacks
but God is preparing us for a surprising comeback.
Behind the Lord says that God has move on to something new and the people
have not responded. Learn how to sense Gods direction.

The phrase Come At Christ Direction (CACD) is important. The four friends of
the paralyzed man have experienced to use effectively their state of mind (Mark 2:1-2).
The faith of the formidable four was valued by our Lord Jesus. We kept on
missing the point because we cannot see that God is already moving.

Outside of the Lord is when the people are doing something that may look
good, but it has nothing to do with the will of God.
Check the things if it is practically feasible and scripturally dependable.
Without the Lord means that the people are following such plan without the
power of God. Mans agenda must not be
catered well because it brings no unity, no
ministry, none result.
God is creating a moment for us
God is empowering us through a movement
God is designing a monument of His goodness
So as I repeat,
God initiates and God carries out.
Gods work must be done in Gods way and lets wait for Gods result.
Proverbs 21:31 God gives the victory.
It is always amazing to see a basketball player to score a crucial three point shot. Same
thing in serving our God, it is always a necessity to score a major three points to please
God and bring Glory to Him.
Point 1: When we fear God, good things happen (1:12)
Point 2: Gods presence restores our consciousness
Point 3: Gods power gives us renewed experience (1:14)
The Declaration and appointment from God is safe and sure.
As we talked about church, I cant suppress the feeling to share an outstanding
floor plan of how God works in moving His church to maximize her existence as an
extension of His grace and mercy.
Are you excited and enthusiastic about the church direction?
Always bear in mind its a long haul and the process is unending.

Never forget that fellowship brings empowerment (Acts 4:31)
All of us need instruction from the Word of God and we also need fellowship with
the People of God.
Everyone could be a factor in the church development. There are 5Ps of the
church that we need the most.
