Terms & Conditions
Rules For Accommodation:
1. The ticket is not transferable.
2. Modification of Check-in/ Check-out Time cannot be done under any circumstances.
3. Two (2) adults and two (2) children below 10 years are accommodated in a double room.
4. Tariffs are subject to change and any difference in the change of tariff will be collected at the time of check-in.
5. Any additional taxes other than the above taxes as imparted by the Government from time to time to be collected at the time of checkin.
6. Tourist is required to carry this ticket at the time of availing the accommodation along with a valid ID proof.
7. Please see detail terms and conditions available at aptdc booking site.

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT / PREPONEMENT RULES
1. For online bookings cancellations has to be done online only and the refund will be credited to the card used for booking in 7-10 working
days. Registered users can cancel ticket by logging into online site and Un-Registered users, mail transaction details to
helpdesk@aptdc.in for cancellations / modification of the ticket.
2. For CRO/IRO/Agent bookings, Cancellation / Modification has to be done at the respective issuing place only.
3. No refunds shall be allowed if the ticket is surrendered for cancellation within 1 day (24 hours) before check-in date/time.
Cancellation/Modification request is not accepted even if ticket is booked within 24 hours of check-in time.
4. If the ticket is presented for cancellation within two days (48 hours) in advance and up to one day (24 hours) before the check-in
date/time, cancellation charges shall be deducted at a rate of 20% on room tariff amount.
5. If a ticket is presented for cancellation more than two days (48 hours) in advance of the check-in date/time, cancellation charge shall
be deducted at the flat rate of 10% on ticket value.
6. Partial cancellation is allowed only for one time subject to cancellation rules as mentioned at SNo.2,3,4 above.
7. Full Preponement / Postponement is allowed only for one time subject to availability provided the ticket is presented more than one day
(24 hours) in advance of the check-in date/time. Partial Preponement /Postponement is not allowed.
8. A ticket once modified (preponed / postponed / partially cancelled) cannot be further modified or allowed for further cancellation /
preponement or postponement.
9. DISCOUNTED RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE CANCELLED / PREPONED / POSTPONED.
10. No refund will be given if ticket is cancelled against Terms & Conditions of aptdc.
11. No refund will be given if service is not availed by the tourist under any unforeseen conditions or natural calamities or strikes or any
other reasons.
