Conveyor rollers
The innovative technology of conveyor rollers in
the fields of bulk material has been developed continuously and in close cooperation with our customers
and adapted to ever increasing requirements. The
patented QLR-sealing, especially, has proved extremely
efficient under extreme conditions of application for
years. The groove ball bearing has been optimized
for the use in belt conveyors, in connection with a
modified bearing housing and fitting of the axle it
guarantees above-average operating hours.

Innovation
The emission of CO2 depends to a high extent on the
energy requirement of the conveyor belt drive. With
the assistance of our calculation programme QNK-AKT,

your conveyor belt systems by up to 20 %.
Additionally, the construction of the Kpper conveyor
rollers guarantees a maximum operating life.
