Instructions for Filling the Fellowship Form

1.

All the entries in the form must be made in block letters or typed and no column should be left blank.

2.

Application processing fee must be deposited in the online Account No. 0001771650501384 (Title of Account: PNRA MISC),
ASKARI Bank, G-8 Markaz Branch, Islamabad (Branch Code No. 0177).

3.

Preferably apply online; application forms are available at PNRA website www.pnra.org. For online submission, processing fee
(non-refundable) is Rs. 1,500/- and is Rs. 2000/- for submission by post. However, additional Rs. 300/- will be charged in case
of applying both for PIEAS & KINPOE. Receipt of bank deposit along with a passport size photograph must be sent to
Establishment Officer-II by post before the deadline May 15, 2015 (Friday).

4.

Applications received without the original bank receipt and the photograph will not be entertained.

5.

Applications may be sent to Establishment Officer-II through Pakistan Post, TCS, OCS or Leopard services at the address
given below.

6.

Keep a photocopy of the bank receipt for your record.

7.

No copy of any document may be attached with this Fellowship Form.

8.

Legible photocopy of this form can also be used.
