ADVANCED STRATEGIC COCREATION WORKSHOP

LEADING CROSS-DISCIPLINARY INNOVATION
Humantifics Advanced Strategic CoCreation Workshop is a 4-day experience focused on
learning and practicing innovation and cocreation skills, processes and tools needed to lead in
cross-disciplinary contexts. Participants learn a hybrid way of working applicable to all challenge
types, beyond product or service creation.
Strategic CoCreation is one of the fundamental skills
needed to tackle ambiguous challenges, uncover future
opportunities and navigate complexity of all kinds. Our
instructor teams draw from and share lessons learned
in the realms of design thinking, innovation acceleration
and strategy consulting practice.
In this interactive workshop participants will learn-by-doing
and work in teams versus passive, lecture-style presentation.
The workshop starts with an introduction to the fundamentals
of innovation and strategic problem solving, followed by an
in-depth focus on the strategic cocreation process. Teams
will learn how to synchronize imagination and evaluation
skills, thinking phases and thinking styles. The final module
focuses on leading by facilitation, where individuals learn to
lead small groups.
As a result of the workshop, participants are able to add
tremendous value to any meeting, strategy creation, or
complex challenge, no matter the subject. A key component
of the workshop is to apply and practice the learnings on
real world challenges, making it immediately applicable
to participants work.

Humantifics Advanced Strategic CoCreation Workshop is a 4-day interactive and learn-by-doing experience. It starts
with an introduction to innovation thinking skills, process and personal styles, followed by an in-depth experience of the
cocreation process steps. The second half of the workshop focuses on leading the cocreation process by learning and
practicing to facilitate in small teams.
