2 NEW FEATURES

2.1 Support for Nemo Cloud

Nemo Cloud connects various Nemo products into a unique end-to-end online service enabling the
remote access and control of Anites measurement and analytics solutions as well as efficient data
sharing between users.

Nemo Cloud is a unique, end-to-end online service that connects various Nemo products into one
powerful, industry-leading solution enabling the remote access and control of Anites measurement
and analytics solutions as well as efficient data sharing between users.
Nemo Cloud online access and single sign-on provide real-time control and monitoring of
measurement product fleets as well as improved responsiveness of measurement projects in the
field, including visibility to test data. The centralized product and fleet control together with online
license and inventory management, product upgrades, and online purchasing give customers the
tools to get more out of their measurement resources and product portfolio. Nemo Cloud improves
product lifecycle efficiency directly accelerating the ROI for measurement solution investments.

NEMO HANDY AND NEMO WALKER AIR RELEASE NOTES

Nemo Cloud consists of two levels, Nemo Cloud Basic and Nemo Cloud Premium. These are also
new additional license options available for Nemo Handy and Nemo Walker Air. Please contact your
sales on how to enable these options on your license.

2.1.1 Nemo Cloud Basic

Nemo Cloud Basic allows file sharing between measurement equipment (all Nemo tools) and also
the possibility to create projects with certain measurement file sets. For example, one user can
define which indoor maps, base station files, and scripts will be used in indoor measurement
projects. The Nemo Cloud user can define the projects and which files are available for each unit on
the field. This enables to define exactly what files should be used in measurements.
Nemo Cloud Basic also gives the possibility to control your equipment fleet. With the inventory
management you can dedicate measurement equipment to your projects and make sure that every
project has the correct Nemo equipment available when it is needed.

2.1.2 Nemo Cloud Premium

In addition to Nemo Cloud Basic features, Nemo Cloud Premium level introduces remote monitoring
and remote controlled measurements. The utilized application in Nemo Cloud is Nemo
CloudCommander which enables remote monitoring and remote controlled measurements.
Nemo Handy Autonomous and Nemo Explorer-1/Nemo Explorer-4 are compatible with Nemo
CloudCommander, meaning that automated and unattended measurements can be conducted with
Nemo Cloud.

Page 5

2.2 New browser for HTML testing

The new Nemo Browser will introduce more parameters which are also logged to the measurement
file. For instance, information of the page content will be logged as a measurement event. This
offers the possibility to see which part of the webpage content is causing possible problems.
Please check the Nemo File Format documentation for information about the new DCONTENT event.
You need to manually download the Nemo Browser APK from Nemo User Club or via this QR code to
your Nemo Handy or Nemo Walker Air Slave terminals.

NOTICE: Do not launch the Nemo Browser directly. Nemo Handy and Nemo Walker Air will
automatically launch the browser and also at the same time activate the API in the browser. In case
you open the browser manually, please shut down the application before conducting HTML testing
from Nemo Handy or Nemo Walker Air.
The old inbuilt browser has been removed from Nemo Handy and Nemo Walker Air.

2.3 Improved real-time reported parameters

New real-time parameters are now available in the report files that are sent to Nemo Analytics
tools.
Parameters like signal strength and quality from the used technology are logged. For instance, from
LTE, in addition to the cell id, you can see the RSRP and RSRQ with ten second intervals.
Below is a screenshot from Nemo Cloud, indicating how the real-time reporting can be visualized.
You can also receive information on the location and status of the unit.

Page 6

2.4 Support for VoWiFi, ViWiFi, ViLTE, and SMS over IMS
Support for Voice over Wi-Fi, Video over Wi-Fi, Video over LTE, and SMS over IMS is now available
in Nemo Handy and Nemo Walker Air. Information on for example Wi-Fi related parameters, RTP
and SIP signalling is available during the measurements.
Notice that Video Calling requires a new license option before it can be enabled. Please contact our
sales on how to get this option enabled.

2.5 Walker Air: New dashboard

Walker Air master has a new dashboard that displays more information from the slaves. In addition
to this a new page with statistics available from all slaves can be viewed. Also, a page with
combined information from slave 7 and a scanner has been added.

Full support for File Format 2.26 based log files is available with Nemo Analyze version 7.60 and
Nemo Outdoor version 7.71 and later. Older versions of Nemo Analyze and Nemo Outdoor can be
used as well, but the new metrics added to the Nemo File Format 2.26 will not be displayed.

5.2 Nemo Handy Autonomous compatibility

Nemo Handy Autonomous 2.80 is compatible with Nemo Commander 7.40.1 or later and Nemo
CloudCommander 1.0

5.3 Nemo Cloud compatibility

Nemo Handy and Walker Air 2.80 support Nemo Cloud and Nemo CloudCommander version 1.0.

5.4 Terminal and scanner compatibility

Previous versions of the products can be upgraded to the new version by first uninstalling the old
version from the terminal.
Notice that DRT scanner needs to have firmware 01.10.00 before it can be used with Nemo Handy.
PCTEL IBFlex firmware that is supported is 1.5.0.0. SeegullConnect APK needs to be version
1.1.0.3.
Notice that DRT and PCTEL scanners require Samsung Galaxy S4+, S5, S5+ , Note 3, Note 4, S6,
S6+ or Samsung 10.1 2014 edition tablet. Older terminals do not have enough CPU power to
handle the scanner interface traffic.
Android version ICS and older are not supported due to API limitations.
Current FW version can be checked from the applications About menu. Firmware upgrade must be
performed by Anite Network Testing. Contact Nemo Product Helpdesk for further details at
nemosupport@anite.com.
