Witness answered the questions knowingly, consciously,

and volunatarily under oath and was informed that she may face
criminal liability for false testimony or perjury, with reservation to
present additional evidence in the course of the trial in the course
of the trial.
FORMAL OFFER OF TESTIMONY: Witness is hereby presented
to prove that defendant Enrico Augustine Lim was present at the
time Plaintiff signed the Extra-Judicial Settlement at the office of
Atty. Hernane Denolo; that Plaintiff did not ask anything from
defendant regarding the Extra-Judicial Settlement; that the
Plaintiff, after signing the Extra-Judicial Document, never had any
conversation with the defendant regarding the Extra-Judicial
Settlement and no further inquiries were made thereafter.

A:

He is my brother.

How is your relationship with your brother?

A:

We are not in good terms, sir.

Why are you not in good terms?

A:
Because he is claiming that I participated in deceiving
him in to executing an Extrajudicial settlement with waiver of
rights over two properties.

If I show to you a copy of the Extrajudicial settlement,
will you be able to identify the same?

Yes sir.

I have here a copy of an Extrajudicial settlement,
marked as Exhibit E, is this the same Extrajudicial agreement
that you were referring to?

A:
It is about the two properties of my late father located in
Paraaque City, covered by TCT no. ..

It was executed in the office of Atty. Hernane Delano on
August 11, 2011.

How did you know that it was taken there?

A:

I was also present there.

brother, Constantino, signed the document.

my brother and I no longer communicate due to
differences. He stopped talking to me for a very long time and
