Planning Permit Application for 29 Haddington Crescent, Greenvale

Application Reference number: P19438, Applicant: Chris Toscas

I would like to object to the subdivision of 29 Haddington Crescent.

A subdivision of 29 Haddington Crescent does not respect the existing neighbourhood
character and streetscape and is out of character for the street.
The subdivision would not reflect the average scale and proportions of surrounding lots and
buildings on the street.
Haddington Crescent lots are large plots (greater than 1200 sq meters) with large houses and
large frontages (greater than 20m) with spacing in between.
The subdivision would create an anomaly on the street of small frontage block and small
house and would look out of place.
Subdivisions in other streets around Haddington Cres are aligned with the streets smaller
block sizes & higher density living.
Haddington crescent is sought after due to the character of the street being large spacious
blocks, houses and street presence and this subdivision would not fit in with its surroundings.
Please advise what the next steps are and if this sub division is approved or rejected.
