College Ball
Welcome
The Green Templeton College would like to
invite you to celebrate the Signs of the Zodiac
on its iconic Observatory on this night, the
2nd of July.
We have carefully curated entertainment for
you to enjoy the College in its splendour.
Whether you decide to visit the planetarium
for a starry experience, or try your luck at the
Casinos in Leos Lion Den, or just dance the
night away, we hope that your stars are
aligned for a fascinating experience.
Our dining guests will be treated to a special
reception and piano recital leading up to a
splendid dining experience.
We hope that all of you will join us to view
some spectacular fireworks at 22:45, and stay
with us for the ultimate Survivors Photo in
the Taurus Bull Pen at 4:45.

Scott Free
Scott Free are a funk rock band from Brighton, bringing a set of grooving tunes
to Oxford for the second time. There's crazy guitar playing from Max, soaring
vocals from Sarah, deep bass from Jamie and pounding drums from Hugo.
Don't miss this band in the marquee!
Aneurhythms
Aneurhythms (est. 2014) is a young female a cappella group. We are all
medical students at the John Radcliffe, but have a range of musical
backgrounds from former Choral Scholars to karaoke to a lifetime of singing in
the shower! We arrange most of our own music and are performing at more
and more concerts and charity events across Oxford. (Thanks to Wesleyan
Medical Sickness for their support).
Host: Alex is co-host of Stand-up Philosophy Oxford and Stand-up History with
regular sell out shows in London, Oxford and Edinburgh. He also helps
academics of many disciplines to turn their work into stand-up comedy as part
of the national Bright Club network. His style has been described in reviews as
charming, thoughtful and hilarious.
Additional Acts
Fortune Telling by Connor Warden
Connor John Warden is a scholar of the occult, gambler and professional
street performer -- so he knows his way around a pack of cards. Tonight
he brings a special act of fortune-telling and mind tricks to the Green
Templeton Ball, and hopes to give more than guests bargain for. The
