PREFACE

INDIA is enriched with vast majority of HUMAN RESOURCES, but the biggest problem in the
industry today is getting the right people. That may sound paradoxical, but the fact is, as far
as business is concerned, there simply aren't enough trained people around. With the
liberalization and globalization of the economy, the competition for people, whether they are
shop floor workers or MBAs is proving to be twice as intense as the battle for customers. We
can say the objective of management is to maximize individual effectiveness and increase
organizational productivity so to achieve the organizational objectives. The approach to
managing human resources is undergoing a revolutionary change. And it is an
acknowledgement of the fact that it is people - not Money, Machines and Materials - that
must run organization. Usually there is huge gap between corporate needs and individual
employee's needs.
In the business world, from the last few years the wind of changes & development is started.
So, the practical knowledge of whole business is must for managerial person.
The main objective of practical study is to aware the students from industrial environment
and problems. Therefore the students must have the knowledge of everything in practical
what they are studying in theory.
Human resource management is the main function of the company as it helps in maintaining
the good relations among the workers for a smooth running of the company.
Our aim was to study how best to train employee in the changing scenario. Nj wealth is one
of the financial unit of JAIPUR.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The summer training of a management student plays an important role to
develop him into a well groomed professional. It gives theoretical
concepts a practical shape in a field of applications. It gives an idea of

dynamic & versatile professional world as well as an exposure to the

intricacies & complexities of corporate world.
My summer training for 45 days in NJ WEALTH , JAIPUR. Learning
experience to see how the company provides training to its existing &
potential employee & consistently keeps an eye on its process &
administration in order to work upon attaining the work satisfaction &
maintaining long term employee commitment and relationship.
In my summer training for 45 days in NJ WEALTH, JAIPUR I have learn
about training & development of employee of NJ WEALTH .
In the business world, from the last few years the wind of changes &
development is started. So, the practical knowledge of whole business is must
for managerial person.
The main objective of practical study is to aware the students from industrial
