PREFIXES AND SUFFIXES

Prefixes and suffixes are not words but lacking affixes elements of
autonomy, which must necessarily join a lexical base, which provide a
number of significant values, resulting in new words. Prefixes and suffixes are
phonemes that help form new words. This process is called referral.
Definitions and Rules
Concept prefix
The prefix is a term that precedes a word to change its grammatical
sense . This serves precisely to help form new words.
Accentuation rules of Prefixes
The accents are applied to the word default, not the code in isolation.
Some words that originally possessed no tilde, when suffer the prefixing
process, should take. For example, use does not take tilde, however, by
adding the prefix on, is formed overuse, and tilde.
With regard to writing prefixes, when speaking of them in isolation, it
must be done aadiando a dash at the end.
Example: hyper- , contracts, interviews, etc. That particular way to refer

Example : Ida , -algia , -fago , -row .
Regarding the use of suffixes tilde , the word formed leads tittle if fits
