Give Instructions to Combat/Auxiliary & Rescue Team

RESPONSIBILITIES :
SHIFT OFFICER-A :
To reach the place of fire with nearest available fire fighting equipment and
guide the team members to start fire combating.

CREWMAN-B:
To coordinate movement of all vehicles to safe
place and then provide all possible help to Fire
Combat Team according to the situation.
SECURITY No. 2 :

OPERATOR-A :
Operator-A to start oprn of Fire extinguisher and monitors to extinguish the
fire as per shift officers instructions.

SECURITY NO. 1 :
To raise Fire alarm, then indicate the spot of fire with Red flag and then
monitor traffic at the main gate.
After getting clear signal from fire-in-chief to raise the alarm with green flag.
To assemble all employees at assembly point after fire is extinguished.

To co-ordinate with external agencies .


To keep all important documents in a safe place
and then take First Aid equipment to the incident
spot.
Give first aid to the injured people and be in touch
with shift in charge for further instructions.
To close all tank and lines valves and then assist
other members.
CREWMAN-A:
To start the Fire Engine and then assist Security
No.2 in monitoring traffic at the rear gate

To inform AAI, Fire Dept. & OMCs to


response immediately.
To guide Operator in moving all vehicles to safe
place thru Emergency Gate. Subsequently to
provide all assistance to Fire Combat Team.
To switch off the Electrical Mains and then
monitor traffic at the Emergency Gate.
