The joint solution offered by hybris and OneView gives consumers

example, shoppers may now browse online, add items to their
virtual basket and schedule an appointment to come into the
store for specific service or consultation. The appointment
and the basket are sent to the store where associates are now
empowered to prepare for the customer with specific upsell,
cross sell or customer service strategies. Additionally, specific
promotions can be launched based on the content of a customers
virtual basket.
The solution also provides store associates with access to
customer information, including purchase history, loyalty
program points and wish lists, enabling them to make product
recommendations, locate stock or complete orders to increase
in-store conversions.

Flexible User Interface
Consistent with the rest of the hybris OmniCommerce solution,
the OneView Commerce Store presentation layer consists of
interactions, connectors and processes that can be easily tailored
to support the unique flow of any retailer. All of the menus and
buttons are externalized and easily enhanced to support unique
sales flow and different devices support a different look and feel.
Process Designer
The process designer allows retailers to expose business
processes within the application in an easy to understand visual
representation which facilitates a quick understanding of the
process flow and, more importantly, to quickly change the flows to
meet the ever-changing demands of the business.
Multi-Language and Multi-Currency
OneView is multi-language and multi-currency enabled to
support retailers worldwide.
Application Updates & Synchronization
Through standard App Store technology combined with OneViews
Commerce Dashboard, the application is easily managed via an
App Store and can be made available immediately by enabling the
device within the enterprise server. Devices can be deactivated
immediately and full support of integration to device management
solutions in the event of theft, viruses, and misuse. Upon secure
login, the device automatically syncs with the server to ensure the
store is running the latest version of the application thus reducing
the cost and effort of solution deployment while providing greater
control over application support in the field.
Data Synchronization
The OneView Commerce Dashboard handles data synchronization
to every device. Each device is assigned to a specific store and
at initial activation all pertinent data to transact a sale is loaded
to the device including all SKUs and configurable pricing
information. This allows for transactions to occur, based on
retailer-defined rules, in the case of loss of network connectivity.
This synchronization ensures the full range of mobility for
associates. With OneView Commerce Store when the device loses
connectivity there is no change in function for your associate. All
functions are made available offline by storing all data needed
on the device. When connection is restored, data stored on the
device is immediately and automatically pushed up to the server
for processing. After the initial load of data, the enterprise server
manages all changes to data down to the field level making
updates to the devices extremely fast. Changes to data (i.e. price
updates) can be pushed down to a device instantaneously to
support changes made in the hybris backend that must get to the
store immediately.
Hardware Agnostic
OneView Commerce Store is hardware agnostic and currently
includes support for IOS, Android and Windows operating systems
on any device.

OneView supports the full range of peripherals including
scanners, magnetic stripe readers and printers as well as full
cash drawer management and control in support of traditional
