The team members work with both children and families to work
towards a healthy and productive life. The team works with
children that have severe behavior problems and are frustrated
when trying to handle difficult situations. The director of the
program requested for the team to be trained in child restraints
and holds which was denied. The team is looking for a way to
work with children in a way that will be positive and healthy and

plan. The FBA is an analysis of data collected through multiple observations of inappropriate
behavior in a variety of settings. Using information from the FBA, the BSP plan is created to
provide a support system for the child to be used in all environments. The BSP plan will create
alternatives to inappropriate behaviors that will lead to a healthier life.
