In the same way, you husbands must give honor to your wives. Treat
your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker
than you, but she is your equal partner in Gods gift of new life. Treat her
as you should so your prayers will not be hindered. 1 Peter 3:7

Preface
Preface
hen a man wants to terrify another man, he grabs a gun and kills him. But, if he desires to terrify a woman he rapes or
beats her, maybe once but maybe for as long as he possibly can, even months or years. These acts of terror happen every
dayin our homes, in our neighborhoods, at the workplace, and in our familiesto females of all ages around the world.
It seems more horrifying to discuss the sexual abuse of women as an embarrassment toward society, than a hate crime toward the helpless and
defenseless victim that demands justice and vindication. These women who have suffered sexual abuse and violence are our daughters, mothers,
sisters, aunts, friends, and neighborsyet, we turn away and blame them for the assault of terror they faced at the hands of a man who
demanded to feel powerful at her helplessness and weakness. Still women have also been the assailant in committing or being an accomplice in a
hate crime toward other women, females who are just like them.
HER Keepers Foundation seeks to vindicate and rehabilitate all females who have suffered from hate crimes, as a young girl or as a grown
woman. Sexual abuse is all too acquainted to me with a chronicle of sexual abuse and domestic violence since the age six years old and well into
my late twentiesrape, incestuous activities, molestation, and domestic abuseall the pains of my troubled past. These dreadful memories
would lead me to make irresponsible decisions that furthered my vulnerability of being sexual abused and sexually abusing myself. With nowhere
to turn, I masked my pains with alcohol and furthered my own self-hatred for what I had silently suffered. Three times I resided in a domestic
violence and sexual assault shelter to begin the transformation away from violence and sexual abuse. These stories never make the headline news
and often times when media does report female hate crimes the women is often the assailant and caused her own troubles. After all, the accused
abuser is innocent until proven guilty. I learned over time how to build myself up and move on. Still, I can say that a piece of me was take with
each assault against my mind, body, and spirt. Something, no gun could have ever done. At each domestic violence and sexual assault shelter, I

have seen women unsure of how to pick up the broken pieces and attempt to rebuild their self-esteem as they defined their own self-worth in
their recaptured strength and dignity. I, too, had to learn that I could heal, though the agony of my abuse does at time hurt beyond words
something only my tears can explainI learned I can live without abuse.
I have read articles of women who in foreign countries of every continent of the world who were regularly terrorized with rape, abuse, and
other horrific hate crimes daily. Women who suffered acid being poured on their beautiful faces to destroy the natural enchantment God granted
themus as women! I personally felt with each word they shared the wounds of being an abused woman and the agony of my natural weakness.
As I read the memoirs of these brave women who shared their own story of being held captive by their rapist for months to be repeatedly gang
raped by barbarians, my heart stopped. Forced to bore the children of their rapists, unsure of their childrens father identitythen, worst yet,
upon their escape abandoned by their husband, friends, and their family, in addition to being infected with HIV and other STDs, with nowhere to
turn for support. Ostracize from society from their assault and abuse, they daily relive the somber distress of their own hopeless experiences. I
could see through the articles photographs the unbearable pain and alienation of these abused and abandoned women holding their abusers
children. Other women, were genitally mutilated where their vaginas were sewed together to prevent sexual activity. Other hate crimes included
womens clitoris being circumcised to prevent her from enjoying sexual pleasure during sexeven with her husband. Female genital mutilation
procedures are performed on young girls as early as one-years old. Women told they were whores at birth for their sex organ. Seeing the young
girls held down by men and women to cut off their clitoris without professional medical aid or a sterile environment. All of these girls and women
were too familiar with the effects of female hatred. Without looking into their eyes, their body spoke of their numbness of the inner death they
experienced for being a female. In their desperation of help, these courageous victims spoke out in meek boldness. Some women just wanted to
be heard as if somehow their voice could possibly change their circumstances and improve the lives of future women. They didnt attempt to mask
their story for shame of their helplessness but shared their own abusive encounters so they could be revived. It is never easy to muster up
courage when you feel unheard and all alone but somehow these heroes desired to save their future daughters and granddaughters from the
same female massacre they endured for so long without prevail. They were murdered not from a gun but from their rapists, kidnappers,
mutilators, and abusers. Casualties of the war of terror against their female gender in their own country by their own countrymen.

HER Keepers Foundation was birthed when a very close friend of mines was sexually attacked by a gang of men. She had been out
hanging with her friends in a casual evening. Her rescuers where two anonymous women in the dark of the night. A woman much like me with a
troubling past of childhood sexual abuse, molestation, and rape; she worked as a sex worker. Still, I dont believe she deserved to be mutilated in a
power rage of male empowerment and testosterone explosion. I remember looking at her body with black and blue bruisers all over her flesh with
jagged scrapes from when she was dragged. There were bruises on her back, between her legs, and on her fingers from where she tried to fight
her assailants. These physical scares lasted for two weeks, a temporary witness of her aggressive encounter. All I could do was cry and hold her in
hopes of comforting my friend. After much convincing, we went to the hospital where she was checked out. No police reports were filed. Would
they find the rapists who ganged raped a woman? Would anyone care that a prostitute was raped while off duty? Often times, sex crimes such as
sexual assaults, molestation, and rape go unreported because of the fear the girl or woman feels in the injustice of the trial and law but also mostly
public scrutiny. I remember her stating, I feel hated for being a woman, with dark death in her eyes. It was her idea to start a service to provide
support and recognition to the countless millions of women who suffer from hate crimes. We began to search online for laws, news articles,
organizations, and services that publically highlighted international hate crimes against women. We found many articles but not many
organizations other than the traditional domestic violence and sexual assault shelters. In fact, we found more organizations to shelter these
women than those that fought to change society image of womens value and worth. Immediate relief from abuse is just not enough to
significantly impact a world of female hatred. We needed something morean organized community effort that stands against society beliefs,
cultural views, religious pious, and gender customs to aid women who experienced mortifying hatred on a daily basis. The name Helping Eve
Rehabilitate: HER Keepers Foundation was chosen by myself in recognition that all women came from Eve. We are taught in the
Holy Bible in Genesis that the first woman, Eve, came from the first man, Adam. From these two people all of humanity came as we now know it.
My hope is that as I voice my own stories of sexual abuse and assault that I will fully propel my own process of healing. I also seek to
promote the process of healing for so many other women who have suffered from abuse, whether self-afflicting or attacked assaults of any form.
We, humanity, have permitted for far too long the terrorizing abuse of females in our homes, workplace, neighborhoods, schools, and nations.
Humanity cannot function without the reverence of love toward girls and women. It is time that we heal our women with genuine comfort, honor,
7|P a g e
recognition, and affection for all the abuse of our mothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, friends, neighbors, and community members have endured. We
cannot seek to progress as a people until we begin to change the format upon which we regard women who give birth to life. Today, we can take
a stand to resuscitate our women and resurrected them from the death of their abuse to the life of love. Helping Eve Rehabilitate: HER
Keepers Foundation is fully committed to providing unconditional support to all girls and women who suffer from hate crimes associated
with their female gender. We take responsibility as keepers of our sisters to love one another with all the dignity, honor, affection, and love we can
offer. There is no greater act of war of terror than the death defining experiences of female hate crimes. Hate crimes damage the bonds of trust
the connects families and communities into functional societies of security, success, and progress. When one member, regardless of their gender,
is hurt we all feel the associated effects of injustice and hatred.

Our Mission
Our mission at Helping Eve Rehabilitate: HER Keepers Foundation is committed to revolutionizing societies treatment toward girls
and women of the female gender through the recognized value of women as equal members of our community.
Helping Eve Rehabilitate: HER Keepers Foundation fully comprehends that we cannot force a change upon the world in its regard
toward female rights and treatment without recognizing the impact of our treatment of females within our community. In all efforts of
transitioning the female image into a beautiful symbol of grace, wisdom, delicacy, and strength our community members agree with solidarity
toward the upholding of moral values and integrity toward one another. First, we as a people must recognize the revolutionize transformation
that we desire for our mothers, our sisters, our daughters, our nieces, our grandmothers, our aunts, our friends, our neighbors, and our community
members. Second, we must unify in our efforts of transition for progress to take place in our homes, our schools, our businesses, our community,
our nation, and thus our world. We cannot change the past. It has already happened. We can, however, recognize our own failure in loving one
another. Now, we can begin to rectify our failures with this generation. Today, we can make a difference in how history is remembered.

integrity of its target. These crimes lead toward the dejected presence of decapitated
self-esteem and moral value. Hate crimes can be committed by women toward other
women but also but men toward women. The faces of an abuser can take any form:
father, mother, sister, brother, friend, husband, neighbor, classmate, employer,
babysitter, teacher, police, and even a stranger. The phenomenon of female related hate

Cultural Insight
ospitality is the primitive definition of the family of Israel. We are a family community that joyfully welcomes visitors as token
members of our household. We enjoy having guest in our homes and freely share with such guest as one would share with a new
friend. The culture of our heritage is founded on our welcoming of strangers but also our willingness to serve all community
members with honor, affection, and genuine respect. It is not uncommon for neighbors to visit one another frequently especially in moments of
joy and distress. Our family community members often invite the whole city, tribe, and nation for the celebration of marriages or the consoling of
the death of a love one. We operate as one community with many interconnected neighborhoods where friends and family are never too far away
and everywhere is home. Community members greet one another with a joyful salute, Shalom! Washing the feet of our household guest,
friendly greetings, and sharing of meals is only the basics of our hospitality.
A humbly modest culture of organic simplicity. It is not uncommon for an Israelite family to be domesticated workers who provide services
in their home and farms. Community members resides, as many foreign Mediterranean nomads and shepherds, as regular tenants of either a
constructed home or tent. These family traditions were established since the times of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. When Abraham left his home
in Ur of Chaldean he moved about always residing in tents. Jacob, however, was known to reside in a home. The Apostle Paul, in the New
Testament, was known for his occupation of tent making and often travel abroad to preach the Gospel of Christ. Later, the Nation of Israel would
reside in a home or tent depending on upon their traveling needs and occupation. Our community is widely known for its agricultural diversity of
farming and herding livestock, a family tradition we continue to this day. This family tradition often requires herdsmen to reside outdoors with
their herd and flocks to protect them from imminent danger of ferocious wolves, bears, lions and thieves. The conserved modest humility of the
Jewish-Hebrew culture is our riches asset. Relying on the natural beauty and charm of scenic agricultural sights and resources as the prizes of our
heritage.

Men are considered the chief leaders of the household and community but women are acknowledged for their roles as leaders, as well, and
their pixels of strength, grace, and wisdom. Women are permitted equal rights of men, in that they may choose their own career profession,
receive public education, operate enterprises, and own property. Men and women are permitted to mingle in public, though discretion is
expected in terms of affection. Men respect women as honorary members of our community. Older women are treated as mothers; younger
women are treated as sisters. Older men are treated as fathers; younger men are treated as brothers. Thus fortifying the family-style culture of
our heritage.
Women and men both remain under their parents legal authority until the age of 30-years old. A man who desires to marry an Israelite
woman is expected to pay a customary dowry of the assuming authority from her father or closes male kin, such as a brother, uncle, etc. Sexual
purity is a symbol of honor for all Israelite members; both men and women are expected to wait until marriage before sexual contact. Premarital
sex is not permitted in the community of Israel; however, community members may date one another to search for their adored love and chosen
spouse. It is encouraged that members marry for love rather than being forced into marriage for heirloom purposes. Divorce is not permitted in
our community, expect under strict provisions. Women are modest in their apparel to preserve their innocence and reputation. Men are dressed
in clothing of righteousness with their robes, turbans, and walking stick. Women are covered in purity with their robes, shawl, and modesty.
However, women and men are permitted to relax and wear casual clothing. Women can wear dresses and men can wear pants.
Our community remains unified in our community gatherings of worship and holy communion. Fellowship is another service of our
hospitable service and generosity. We share in the unity of our belief and obedience to the Lord God of Israel, King Jesus Christ of the Nation of
Israel. Whether we are gathering for daily worship at the local synagogues or the Temple of the God of Israel located in Jerusalem, we are joyful to
be among our companions. There are no strangers in the Nation of Israel; we share each others joys, griefs, honors, interests, and history. We
work for the good of all our community members both citizens and foreign-immigrants who reside among us.
18 | P a g e
We also view the imagery of the Proverbs 31 Woman as Gods intention of female happiness as she performs her enriching tasks
for her family, community, and nation. When a woman feels good about herself, the community upon which she inhabits is supplemented with
numerous treasures. A woman who can safely perform her daily tasked of providing for her household and contributions to her community is a
crown of jewels to her nation. She is secure under a justified law of protection firmly confident in the protection of God, her family, and her
community members. At Helping Eve Rehabilitate: HER Keepers Foundation it is our greatest effort to ensure the security of girls
and women from senseless hate crimes and abuse. Additionally, we feel privileged to reverse the effects of female hatred for future generations
of Eves daughters. Girls and women can enjoy the benefits of feeling like valuable members of our community. Men also benefit from the
illuminating joy of seeing their daughters, wives, sisters, and mother enjoy the prosperity of moral value.

Who can find a virtuous and capable wife? She is more precious than rubies.
Her husband can trust her, and she will greatly enrich his life.
She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life.
She finds wool and flax and busily spins it.
She is like a merchants ship, bringing her food from afar.
She gets up before dawn to prepare breakfast for her household and plan the days work for her servant girls.
She goes to inspect a field and buys it; with her earnings she plants a vineyard.
She is energetic and strong, a hard worker.
She makes sure her dealings are profitable; her lamp burns late into the night.
Her hands are busy spinning thread, her finger twisting fiber.
Sher extends a helping hand to the poor and opens her arms to the needy.
She has no fear of winter for her household, for everyone has warm clothes.
She makes her own bedspreads. She dresses in fine linen and purple gowns.
Her husband is well known at the city gates, where he sits with the other civic leaders.
20 | P a g e
She makes belted linen garments and sashes to sell to the merchants.
She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.
When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness.
She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers nothing from laziness.
Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her:
There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all!
Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised.
Reward her for all she has done. Let her deeds publicly declare her praise.
