Coaching Agreement

1. Purpose
Coaching for the following request will be implemented:

2. Behaviour
The coach commits not to tell any third party about relevant topics of the client's hypnosis. The
client should be open to criticism of his person and his behaviour, and question this selfcritically. He should be ready for changes in his personality.
3. Fee

Payment is due on the first interview because the coach then begins with the creation of
hypnosis. Each hypnosis is elaborated individually. The fee is paid in advance by the client
using any of the following methods: a) depositing the payment to the account of the coach, b)
payment in cash, c) by debit card, d) or PayPal (plus 2% bank charge). Mobile payments may
also be made via VISA or MasterCard (plus 3% bank charge).
A session lasts for sixty (60) minutes.
The client agrees that the above-mentioned costs cannot be charged to health insurance or aid
agencies as they are not curative treatment according to 1 of the Medical Practitioners Act.
Should the client decide against the hypnosis until 8 p.m the next day, only 50 EUR will be
charged. The coach will deposit to the client's account a refund of the latter's payment within
seven (7) working days. In this case, the client has to email the coach his/her bank details.
Notification through phone will not be accepted for security reasons.
4. Meetings
Should the client intend to cancel meetings, notification must be made at least forty-eight
(48) hours in advance, otherwise, 50 EUR will be charged.
5. Privacy
Client agrees to the collection and storage of his/her personal data, both on paper and in
electronic form. Said data will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed
to health insurance or other companies.
Likewise, client agrees to receipt of advertisements from Coaching Place. Through email, client
will receive newsletters. To get exclusive promotions from Coaching Place, client needs to
subscribe to the former's newsletter. Cancellation of subscription to the newsletter may be
made at any time.
6. Concluding Remarks
Coaching is a voluntary and active process where the client participates responsibly. Hence,
there is no liability on the part of the coach. Success is not guaranteed, taking into account the
uniqueness of each person.
The coach is available for the client's developmental process. He tracks and activates
resources, and raises awareness of them. The change is made by the clients themselves.
All hypnosis packages are designed to effect permanent success. However, some clients either
want a stronger effect or to refresh that effect after some time. In this case, clients have the
right to book a single session if they have already bought a package in the last twelve (12)
months.

It should be noted that no disease shall be treated or diagnosed. The hypnocoaching offer is
not a substitute for medical treatment. Ongoing medical treatments should not be interrupted
nor cancelled. The client agrees to induce hypnosis. Also, client agrees that he is not under the
influence of alcohol, drugs or on medication on the day of the hypnosis. The client assures that
he has answered the questions listed truthfully. He had the opportunity to ask questions. All
questions have been sufficiently clarified.

Note for the Package Hypnoseerlebnis (hypnosis experience):

The so-called Hypnoseerlebnis is a fun experience hypnosis and there is no coaching in the real
meaning. The hypnosis may be filmed at the client's request. If you want a USB stick with your
experience (10-30 minutes), inform your coach during the first interview. Cost: 90 EUR,
including the rights to the film or free of costs without any rights to the film. Please note that
suggestions of real hallucinations are possible only in somnambulism. For instance, lying on a
sunny beach or exploring distant planets in hallucination (with open eyes) remains reserved to
clients who manage to reach somnambulism.
