It appears from the report that no email ID in respect of officers nominated/designated for the
purpose of Implementation of Bhavisya software were provided. I have been directed to request you
to direct all concerned officers to provide email ID from NIC domain. It may please be ensured that
all the salary DDOs/HoOs/PAOs shall get themselves register on Bhavishya and upload the
requisite information in 6 prescribed formats(attached as Annexure-II with Minutes of Meeting
held on 05.02.16) on Bhavishya portal under utility-organization status. Action taken as per
above may be communicated to this office along with updation at the earliest.
I have also been directed to request that instruction may be issued to all field formations under
your jurisdiction to organize training for all Heads of Offices/DDOs/Pay and Accounts officer and the
dealing hands for better implementation of Bhavisya. The details of training is available of the

from earlier Misc. F.No.II(39)-02/CCC/KOL/2014 and placed opposite for information.

Vide F.No. S68(Misc)-01/2016 Accts dated 29.02.16
and I(22)1/CCP/WB/Misc/2012/3242 dated 4.03.16 have been received from JC(Accounts) & DC(P&V), CCP,
placed opposite may please be seen.
It appears from the report that no email ID in respect of officers nominated/designated for the
purpose of Implementation of Bhavisya software were provided. On the issued AC(CCO), Shri S.
Pal has been discussed the matter with Shri R. K. Goel, AD, DGHRD over telephone. where it has
been opined that all concerned officers to provide email ID from NIC domain.
Therefore, Pr. Commissioner(A&A) and Commissioner (Prev)WB may please requested
direct all concerned officers to provide email ID from NIC domain.
On the basis of report, a letter to JD(DGHRD) has been prepared and put up opposite for
approval please. Also a letter addressed to Pr. Commissioner(A&A) and Commissioner (Prev)WB
(along with a copy to all HOOs, Nodal Officer, DDOs) is prepared and put up opposite for approval
please.
