Baltimote City Public Schools (“City Schools”) has interpreted your request pursuant to Maryland’s Public Information Act (“Act”), MD. CODE ANN., GP § 4-101, 9. "The Act requires a custodian of public records to provide access to and copies of the records in response to a written request, subject to enumerated exemptions from disclosure, Pursuant to § 4- 206(b) of the Act, City Schools may chatge a reasonable fee fot the search for, preparation of, and reproduction of a public record. However, City Schools may not charge a fee for the first two (2) hours that are needed to search for a public record and prepare it for inspection. § 4-206(c). For requests pursuant to the Act, and in accordance with Baltimore City Boaed of Schoo! Commissioners (“Boatd”) policy and district administrative regulation, City Schools charges $0.40 per page. For additional fee information, the Boatd’s policy (KDA) and the administrative regulation (KDA-RA) may be found on the district’s website at the following location: hi s/board.nsf/ public. ‘The custodian has assembled a listing of the vatious wireless providers, and copies of the leases. ‘These documents accompany this letter. Please be advised that custodian has indicated that his office does not maintain records of the Maryland State property tax identification number for the vendors and towers. ‘Thete is no seatch ot preparation fee associated with your request since the search for and preparation of documents did not exceed two (2) hours. The total number of pages compiled for you is 585.
