Consul, To our Dean of Education & Technology, Dr. Apolonio Abordo PH..D, To our
NSTP-Coordinator/Instructor SPO4 Merelo M. Nacion, Heads of the Different
Departments, Fellow Faculty Members, To our NSTP Candidates for Graduation, dear
students, friends, ladies and gentlemen, GOOD AFTERNOON!!!

Fellow Faculty Members, To our NSTP Candidates for Graduation, dear students,
friends, ladies and gentlemen, GOOD AFTERNOON!!!

This afternoon, we are gathered to witness the culmination of every NSTP

Students from Education, Commerce and Computer Department. This moment marks
the success of their hard work and sacrifices to serve the school, the community and
themselves as well.

I take great pleasure in welcoming you all in this very important occasion of Saint
Michael College. Out of all our many ceremonies, I believe that, more than any other,
this one expresses the SMC policy of giving due recognition to whom recognition is
due.

So now, let us all bear to witness as they receive the sign of closing this chapter
in their lives. On behalf, with duly respect to our NSTP Coordinator SPO4 Merelo M.
Nacion. I welcome you all.

In this context, it is particularly gratifying for me to be able to welcome those whose

success we are celebrating today the NSTP12 Graduating Class of 2013 - 2014, who
are the 4th cohort of students to complete their diploma of this unique, innovative, and
worthwhile program of service to our nation.

THANK YOU..

Graduation ceremonies are a time both for celebration and for giving thanks. I very
much hope that todays graduating class will consider this success as the first step in
achieving greater success in the future. I hope also that you will recognize that this is
also a time for thanking those who have helped you reach this milestone in your
academic career, and on your behalf, I am pleased to be able to thank publicly your
families and friends, your teachers, and all those who contributed to making this NSTP
program a success. In a very real sense, your success is their success also.
So, to everyone, let us celebrate this day with rejoicing and thanksgiving.
