III. PREDICTION (Alternative ending)

If Pyramus and Thisbe s parents allowed their relationship in the first place they would
end up together and no will have to suffer. Also if they didnt meet up outside the gate they could
have just went through and had a happy ending under a different circumstance. The families
rivalry and unsettling dispute should not have hindered their undying love to each other. Either
way , they could have just love each other secretly and let not the feud between their families
break them.

V. SUMMARIZING
The story happened in the city of Babylon, the capital of
Babylonia.
Pyramus and Thisbe were acquaintances since they were a child.
Their families were having a dispute and build a wall between their
houses.

As the two grew older, they fell in love with each other.
Their parents would never let them see each other.
Through a crack on the wall , they were able to profess their love
to each other whenever they are unable to meet .
One day, they decided to eloped and meet up outside the gates at
the Tomb of Ninus under a mulberry tree.
Thisbe, arrived earlier . She saw a lioness dripping with blood .
She ran away and left her veil.
The lioness tore the veil and left it covered with blood.
Pyramus arrived and saw the veil. He assumed that Thisbe was
dead , lost his will to live and killed himself to death.
Thisbe saw her lovers dead body , struck herself with the same
knife.
There were bloodstains in the mulberry tree . From then on, the
mulberry tree retained its dark color to symbolized the eternal love of Pyramus
and Thisbe.

VI. CONNECTING
Being in love is the happiest feeling that one could ever felt. It may sound absurd
for some but the reality of love makes it all logical. It demands to be felt so theres nothing
wrong in falling in love. We should always bear in mind that it accompanies a great sense of
mischance and sometimes even a tragic one.. For those who are not willing enough to sacrifice
anything for love I think they do not mean their love for each other that much.
Loving and being love is a reciprocal requirement that a couple must meet. Being
ready to sacrifice anything to the point of giving out your life is really endearing. This doesnt
mean that it always requires death to prove your love. Sometimes our minds should prevail over
our hearts to see a future clearly without deciding randomly. Considering everything beforehand
will change every possibility of having a happy ending.

small crack on the wall.

themselves just from the thought of being away with each other forever.

Their parents are to be blamed because if not because of them , the two will never have
the idea of eloping and running away from them.
10. How did they know each other? They were neighbors ever since they were child.

VIII. YOU AS A CHARACTER

If I were in the position of Pyramus I will never think eloping will answer the problem. In
the same way running away from our problems will solve it eventually. They been through a lot
so I think a wall could never hinder their love for each other. I better wait and let things be than
go out of the city without even realizing what future lies ahead of us. I love her to the point of
losing myself and leaving my own happiness to see her well-off and comfortable in life.
Sometimes we must be selfish and be a person that can forget all his own aspirations for the sake
of another person. Love means to endure. To endure the distance and all the obstacles that one
may be going through. Whatever will be ,will be. as the saying goes. We must not be foolish to
think that being together will always mean happy ending. I think I cannot bear to see the one I
love suffering and dead because of our own foolishness. We may not be together but our hearts
will always be together and that matters the most. To know that our feelings are mutual is just the
same as confessing and living our lives together. It will take a great amount of courage to die for
your loved ones but after death is just a continuation of a neverending lovestory. Love must be
felt while were alive , able to love , and able to show and express our feelings .
