DEMAND LETTER

We are writing for and in behalf of as regards the Companys Block
House which is presently occupied by you and your family.
In view of the fact that your stay in the Companys Block House was
only by mere consent and that ___ now needs to regain possession of the
said property for its business use and purpose, the Company hereby gives
you thirty (30) days from receipt of this letter to vacate the premises and
asks that you surrender the House in good condition as it was at the
commencement of your occupancy. We likewise advise you to make this
information known to the other members of your family who are also residing
in the subject property.
Should you refuse to vacate after the period mentioned, __ shall be
compelled to take appropriate legal actions, both criminal and civil, to
protect its interest. Therefore, to avoid embarrassment, expense and
inconvenience of litigation, kindly give this matter your utmost preferential
attention.
