About FIITJEE

FIITJEE was created in 1992 by the vision and toil of Mr. D. K. Goel, a
Mechanical Engineering Graduate from IIT Delhi. We had a very humble
beginning as a forum for IIT-JEE, with a vision to provide an ideal launch
pad for serious JEE aspirants. Onto the way to realization of this vision,
we somewhere went beyond just coaching for IIT-JEE.

We actually

started to make a difference in the way students think and approach

problems. We started to develop ways to enhance students IQ. We
started to leave an indelible mark on the students who have undergone
FIITJEE training. We started changing lives. And all this was not a
sheer coincidence. It was the urge, the compelling desire, to always

aspire for perfection and in the process, continuously keep on setting

newer benchmarks of excellence, which enabled us and our students to
achieve what we have achieved. Today, aiming for the unachievable and
continuously raising the bar has become a part of the FIITJEE DNA.

The success of our students was inspiring and so was their faith in FIITJEE. It was this faith that was a catalyst
for our venturing into areas beyond IIT-JEE. It was this faith that prompted us to embark on a mission to
provide wholesome school education to students through FIITJEE Integrated School Programs like Supreme,
Pinnacle and Ascent Plus, in a way so that there was no need for any type of coaching outside of the school
system. In addition to the launch of FIITJEE Junior Colleges in Hyderabad, many like-minded schools across
the country joined hands with us in this student centric endeavor to create Ideal School Education platform
for students to get admission in IITs & US Universities without stress & tension along with huge success in
Olympiads, SAT-I & SAT-II. We extended this education platform to students preparing for Medical Entrances
through GURU Junior College, created specially for Medical Aspirants. And it was this faith only that again
enabled us to create landmark success in NTSE.
And it is this very faith that has again inspired us to provide a platform for students aspiring for admission to
US Universities in form of USA UnivQuest - a comprehensive program taking care of all aspects of the
preparation in the same old, trusted FIITJEE way. Launch of FIITJEE World Schools at Hyderabad is a concentrated
effort in that direction, where students will be trained for the best in the world through methodologies and
practices that are truly world class. Students in other select cities will also have an opportunity for preparing
for admission to US Universities through USA UnivQuest School Integrated Programs to be run in collaboration
with our select associate schools.
This journey from just an IIT-JEE coaching institute, to the most powerful brand in serious education has been

Since its inception in 1992, FIITJEE has always supported meritorious and deserving students to
succeed in their career goals. Students joining FIITJEEs training programs have excelled not only in
IIT-JEE but also in AIEEE, other Engineering Entrance Examinations / SAT / Olympiads / NTSE & KVPY.
FIITJEEs emphasis on making the students imbibe the fundamental concepts of Science & Maths and
on sharpening their analytical skills and parallel thinking processes has ensured that the students have
also performed excellently in their school studies & Board Exams.

The prime objective of FIITJEE has been to provide students with a platform where they are able to
access the collective knowledge of experts that can help them in achieving their goal. It has been our
endeavour at FIITJEE to make this pool of knowledge accessible to as many students as possible, purely
based on their capabilities & potential and not on their nancial ability. In consonance with this belief
FIITJEE has supported nancially weak students with scholarships & grants.

Taking the initiative of helping the economically underprivileged to a larger level, in the year 2008,
FIITJEE constituted FORTUNATE 40 A program to provide world-class training to serious students
from nancially weaker backgrounds to achieve their goal of success & Top Ranks in IIT-JEE and Other
Competitive Exams.

The program will nancially support capable students presently studying in class VIII (going to IX) &
class X (going to XI) whose total parental income is below Rs. 10,000/- per month. FIITJEE will support these
meritorious students in their preparation for achieving their dream goal by awarding 100% scholarships
for FIITJEE programs & 100% waivers on hostel charges. For Integrated School Program the school fee
will be charged from the student (at some locations scholarship on school fee may also be awarded). The
FORTUNATE 40 batch for each program, at each location, will have a maximum of 40 students only.

Students will have to appear for a selection test on 21st November, 2010. There is no registration fee
for the selection test. To be eligible for the FORTUNATE 40 batch, students have to clear the individual

program with 100% scholarships.

The nal discretion of award of scholarship in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will
be nal and binding on the candidate.

of IIT-JEE, 2015 / IIT-JEE, 2013.

Criteria for Scholarships

Students will be short-listed on the basis of their performance in the selection
test. All short listed candidates will have to perform well in all subjects.
Students will have to clear individual subject cut-offs as well as grand total
cut-off to qualify. Thereafter students may be called for an interview at their
respective study centre.

second immediately in the next year. They should try to succeed in
IIT-JEE in the rst attempt itself and not take unnecessary pressure
as uncertainty of ill-health or any accidents while appearing for the
second & last attempt could be too risky.
Till the eighties, it was alright if you started your preparation just
after XI and at the beginning of XII, but even then to get Top
Ranks you had to begin your preparation at the commencement
of XI itself. In late nineties it became a norm to start preparation
at the beginning of class XI and devote at least two years to train
rigorously for IIT-JEE.
Now, with the increase in competition and keeping in mind that
only two chances are available, only the very talented students can
succeed by starting their IIT-JEE training in XI. But, if you do not

have an inborn spark that can put you in Top 6000 students in JEE you have no other choice but to start as early
as class IX to achieve the desired success in IIT-JEE.

SUPREME Four Year Integrated School Program helps students excel in IIT-JEE, X & XII Boards, KVPY

Fill in your complete details in the Registration Form of FORTUNATE 40, mentioning
test centre, segment code and preference of study centre alongwith the photocopy
of last school exam marksheet / school identity card, two passport size colour
photographs and submit it to the nearest FIITJEE centre.

Terms & Conditions

1.

FORTUNATE 40

Fee waivers for FIITJEE programs & hostel fee waivers will be decided on the basis of performance
and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject and minimum cut-off marks
in aggregate.

2.

The nal discretion of award of fee waivers for FIITJEE programs & hostel fee waivers in
each case will remain with FIITJEE management and this decision will be nal and binding
on the candidate.

3.

Fee waivers for FIITJEE programs & hostel fee waivers are valid for the select mentioned
programs only.

4.

Hostel fee waivers are valid only for FIITJEEs associate hostels / lodging and boarding facilities
made available through FIITJEE, subject to the student joining that particular hostel and availability
of seats. The hostel fee waivers are valid till the duration of the FIITJEE program.

5.

FIITJEE reserves the right to change / cancel any program, eligibility criterion without
prior notice.

6 (a).

The registered ofce of FIITJEE Limited is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature
with regard to the FORTUNATE 40, subsequent enrollment and studies shall be referred to the
Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall
be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Concilaiton Act 1996 and
Statutory modication thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the arbitrator shall be
nal & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being
the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons of having any prior linkage with
the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the parties - student / parents / guardian
& FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to
FORTUNATE 40, subsequent enrollment & studies at FIITJEE except for enforcement of the arbitral

award. All parties waive any right to appeal. This is needed for speedy redressal of issues & all

FIITJEE World Schools at Hyderabad are afliated to SSC Board Andhra Pradesh (till class X) and
Inter Board (class XI / XII). We are simultaneously seeking International Baccalaureate (IB) afliation.
The International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum is the most accepted curriculum for admission to US
Universities. However, the students will have a choice to choose the board of their preference.

4 Year / 3 Year / 2 Year Integrated School Program for Admission to US Universities

USA UnivQuest program will comprehensively prepare a student for admission to US Universities. The program will
