PROJECT EXECUTION
PHILOSOPHY

Project Execution Philosophy

The Joint Venture follows the footsteps of its parent companies and envisages
extensive use of innovative construction methods.
A combination of conventional formwork based construction and use of precast
members will be employed after strategic analysis of the economical feasibility of
the methods.
The JV would leverage its network and long existing relations with its
subcontractors and vendors to generate a complete supply chain and service
availability conducive to expedition of the project execution smoothly. Owing to its
Local-yet-Global background, any and all resources required can be considered
within the reach of the JV.
This Execution Philosophy details the general approach adopted by the Joint
Venture in potential projects it is expected to be working on.

Precast Structure
Based Construction

Precast Structures Based Construction

This precast methodology is based on Precast Member such as Columns (2-tier), RCC
beam, Precast planks and structural topping concrete.
Foundation is prepared with in situ method having dowels as a template to receive
the precast columns.
Precast beams will then be erected on top of the levelled shim plates and propped
with support to the column until the grouting is complete.
The precast beams will then be firmed in the designated location and secured by
grouting.
For complete integration of the structures, a weld mesh is placed on top of the
planks and structural concrete is poured to the required levels.

Precast Structures - Advantages

Comfortable:
Material has thermal
inertia and acoustic
insulation and thus
provides
temperature
sustenance.
Safe:
Structurally equivalent
to typical Concrete
construction, thereby
being equally safe.

Optimization:
Lesser tolerances and
more
dimensional
control as compared
to in-situ casting.

Faster Completion:
Use of Precast members
allows for faster and
easier
process
of
construction.

Versatile:
Molding ability allows
wide range of designs
and configurations.

Ecological:
Irrespective of level of
reinforcement, Precast
members can be 100%
recycled / reused.
