Using CPF Number for Brazilian employees using report RPRAPA00:

Purpose:
The Wiki will explain how the CPF number can be handled within report RPRAPA00 (PRAA) for update for vendor payments and master data between HR and FI.

Overview:
The wiki explains in section 1, the background for CPF number and then further explains several approaches to integrate this field into RPRAPA00.

Using CPF Number for Brazilian employees via PRAA for HR Master Data:
The CPF refers to a country specific number issued by the Brazilian authorities for Portuguese for National persons register (Or Tax Registration number)
In order for this to also be filled when updating or creating HR master data and interfacing it with FI, then you can look to the Tax Number 2 field in Vendor with
the CPF number from the Employee's HR Master data.
This eliminates the requirement for the use of the country specific infotype 0465. With the routine RPRAPAEX and SET_MC_FIELD_BY_USER, here you can insert a small piece of code so that during
the execution of PRAA, it checks if the Employee belongs to a Brazilian Company Code and then copies the CPF number from Employee's Personal Data (PA0002-PERID) into the corresponding
Vendor's Tax number 2 (BLFA1-STCD2) field. The normal person checkbox (BLFA1-STKZN) is also checked.
As the transport of the infotype 0465, is not included in RPRAPA00, then alternatively, you can if desired include this infotype in the transport through coping the standard RPRAPA00 program in another
ZRRAPA00 or YPRAPA00 and modify source code to transport the desired infotype. Also, in the data dictionary DDIC (SE11) the field STCD2 is included in infotype 0009, so another alternative would
be to set this field available for infotype 0009 through PM01, modifying RPRAPA00.
