Field Activity

User should be able to search Field Activity through Address or Service Point
ID.
User should be able to
After Cancellation or putting the Field Activity on Hold, the Field Activity
Status field should be updated as Cancelled or Held Respectively.
While rescheduling a Field Activity, user should be able to Enter New date
and Calendar and Time Icon should be there select the required date and
time and the system should display an error message while selecting the
past date and time.
User should not be able to create or complete as this Involves CCB

In order to work on Field Activities, User should have access to tables CI_FA,
CI_FA_CHAR, CI_FA_LOG, CI_FA_REM, CI_FA_REM_EXC, CI_FA_REM_EXP, and
CI_FA_STEP.

Appointments
Appointments cannot be included as it requires MWM to be integrated with
MWM.
