2. The contractors (Messrs. Stomberg Power Limited)
performance is justifiable to the payment received as at
the time maintenance work stopped on the site.
3. Pg. 123 128 is the comprehensive status report of
the site with a view to carrying out necessary
repairs/replacement of damaged electrical accessories so
that the installation can be made functional again.
4. The cost implication of the site analysis carried out is
N7,206,700.00 (pg. 129 130 relevant)
5. Net balance available is N3,132,000.00 which will not
be able to carry out all the items of work listed on the
status report as a result of long time of abandonment.
6. Walk-in-cubicle and garden light will not be considered
for rehabilitation at the moment because of limitation of
available fund.
7. All efforts will be made to ensure that the overhead
street light and ground mounted street lights are functional
with the available sum of N3,132,000.00 pending the
time when total review of rehabilitation of street light
within Ilorin metropolis will be carried out.
8. You may wish to approve the release of the sum of
N3,132,000.00 to enable us mobilise to the site as
directed please.
