An Array of Safety Devices

The swing gate helps stable feeding

of soil, which is delivered by the soil
feeder to the mixer, by eliminating
bridging phenomenon in soil. The
level-off roller can make continuous
measurement of the amount of fed soil.

The job-proven 2-shaft paddle mixer is

utilized for efficient mixing of fed soil of
different properties.

The additive hopper lid is light and spilt

type for the convenience of servicing,
including easy check of inner hopper,
even if a silo* is connected.

A 6.5-inch high-luminance wide color

monitor is provided at the control panel
for easy reading.

The arch breaker is designed to

eliminate bridging phenomenon and
rat hole in additive for higher additivedischarging rate. Rotational speed can
be controlled for uniform discharging of
additive.

No preparation is needed for the

handling of aggregate-contained
soil. Screen angle can be adjusted by
hydraulic cylinders, and the movement
of screen is reversible for efficient
separation. Screens can be selected
according to kinds of soil and sizes of
aggregates.

The HS* fan is provided to reduce air

flow resistance and noise.

muffler is provided to reduce engine

Leadless Wiring and Aluminum Radiator

Leadless wires, free from soldering,

measurement of processed soil weight
and precision charging of additive by
