Purpose

The purpose of this process manual is to define the procedure for
knowledge repository for Sales team. This document will provide guidance
and specific direction to make the sales procedure effective.

2.0

Scope

This procedure covers all activities of Knowledge management from


keeping all the knowledge material at one place to formatting our old
desks, proposals, collaterals etc.

3.0

Responsibilities

Administrator He is responsible for oversight of the Knowledge


Management process including collating all the data at one place to
uploading to repository. He is also responsible for approval of this
procedure.
Sales Team All are responsible for collating the data, formatting old
desks, standardise the templates, and giving timely inputs to improve the
process.
IT Team Responsible for giving technical support.

a) Development and updation of sales collaterals
Sales collaterals are developed by the Sales Team. These
comprise of:

Statement of capability (including corporate profile)

Flyers

Case studies

White papers

Proposals

b) Client Specific
All the materials including proposals, Presentation send to client
keep at specific client older
c) Updating old Decks
Update all the old decks to new uniform format.
d) Proposal

Based on the discussions and exchange of information, a proposal
is submitted to the client, using the standard template as a base.
The proposal typically includes:

Client requirements

Scope of services (and limitations and exclusions)

Deliverables and timelines

Responsibilites of each party

Delivery methodology/solution blueprint

Price

Payment terms

e) Updating the Repository


Updating the respository on regular basis by following:

Upload proposal in client folder in date format.


After sending final proposal, old proposals should be delete
to avoid duplicate data
All the articles, reading material should be upload at
knowlegde material folder.

f) Monthly review
The review includes status of proposals, knowledge materials,
avoid duplicate material etc.
