Nicola Teslas Biography

(Smiljan, today's Croatia, 1856 - New York, 1943) Physical American of Serbian
origin. He studied in Graz and Praga Universities. He had worked in many
electrical industries on Paris and Budapest before he moved to United States
of America in 1884, when he worked as a clerk for Thomas A. Edison, then a
supporter of electric current.
The incessant disputes with Edison forced its abandonment of the company and its
association with G. Westinghouse, who bought the patents of its engine and a
transformer which facilitated the distribution of this type of power to end users.
He had won with Edison the dispute for distribute to the electric energy
before he founded an electrotechnical investigation laboratory, when he
discovered the principle of the rotating magnetic field and polyphaser alternating
current systems.
He created the first electric motor AC induction and many other electrical mills as
the so-called assembly Tesla transformer RF in the primary that and secondary are
tuned, useful when pre-select the input of a radio receiver.
Tesla had realized his first inventions and patents in 1887 before he had
invented the induction motor AC.
In this engine the three phases acting on the armature is achieved so that it to
rotate to generate a rotating magnetic field. However, the rotor moving with some
delay regarding the frequency of the current.
In 1891 Tesla has invented the coil that bears his name before he discovered
the phenomenon of wave character called "light Tesla" alternating currents
in high voltage and high frequency. With this coil was able to create a field of
high voltage and high frequency.

Regret Anecdote
The previous Saturday, my neighborhood friends and I went to a party, my mother
warned me to arrive early as it would get in trouble if he did not. I ignored her
words and I decided to stay a little longer.
Without realizing we had already taken a lot of beer, without thinking we drove to
my house. When we came home, we collided with another car, we had to pay
damages of the accident and I had to call Mom to tell what happened.
Returning home my mother was angry with me. I only apologize for what occurred.
And as punishment forbade me out to parties the remainder of the month.

Regrets:

1- I wish I had come home early as mom said.

2- We wish we had not drunk a lot of beer.
3- We wish we had not drove on that inebriated.
4- I wish I had listened to my mom and I wouldnt be in troubles.
5- I wish we had stayed on our houses that Saturday night.
