Production Engineer at Toshiba JSW Turbine & Generator Pvt Ltd India, July
2013- FEBRUARY 2016 where I dealt with Thermal Power Plant operation, Steam
Turbine Rotor manufacturing, Power Piping using PDMS software and Project
Coordination, preparation of plot plan and equipment layout diagrams, extraction of
isometric drawings.

Job Profile:
Supervise the manufacturing of high pressure, low pressure and intermediate
pressure turbine rotors and also installation of rotor blades and nozzles to a turbine
shaft.
Worked on the design side where I used to do the pipe routing from turbine to
other auxillary equipments like pumps, boiler and compressor using the PDMS
software.
Initial machining of cylindrical shaft over CNC
Preparing grooves for installation of blades over CNC
Preparation of impulse and reaction turbine blades

Preparation of stator as well as rotor nozzles.

Installation of HP, IP, LP blades over a turbine shaft.
Plot plan studying.
Equipment layout studying.
Involved in studying and updating the P&IDs, MEP drawings.
Routing of pipes from a turbine to other auxillary equipments using pdms
software.
Extraction of isometrics from pdms software.
3d modelling of equipments, structural design & piping.
Extraction of isometrics using isodraft.
Preparing the billing of materials (BOM) and estimated costs.
