Project Inception - The planning of your project starts here. Working together with our team of

architect, to share your project needs, dreams and goals.

Schematic Design During this stage our team of architects will prepare preliminary design

sketches based on your requirements and budget to explore and illustrate possible options. We will
review these options with you, pointing out the merits and responding to your input.

Design Development This stage refines the agreed-upon schematic design for a clearer

definition of the scope and quality of the finished project. Further cost projections would be made
to determine how closely the design conforms to the budget expectations, or what, if any,
adjustments are required.

Construction Documents When the design concepts have been decided, we prepare working

drawings and specifications. These are required to obtain building permits and bids, and to guide
the contractor in construction.

Bidding and Negotiation We also advise you on your choice of contractor usually done by

calling for competitive bids.

Construction and Contract Administration Our team of architects will consult with you and

advise you during construction. We embark On-site visits upon your request to determine if
construction is proceeding in accordance with the contract, and that the design, materials, and
workmanship meet with acceptable standards.

As a full-service construction company, Croyance essentially assists clients from the very outset to

KEY PERSONNEL
Eric Osae Koranteng
General Manager

Eric Osae Koranteng is the General Manager of croyance Consult. He is the epitome of hard work,
resourcefulness and dedication to service and currently manages the West Hill mall.
He was trained as a Land Economist at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology
and graduated in 2002 and further attained a diploma from Ghana Institution of Surveyors (MGhIS).
He has also read MBA (Finance Option) at the University of Ghana in 2008.
He was Head of Property Management Department of HFC Realty, a wholly owned subsidiary of HFC
Bank and also worked with Assenta Property Consult as a Manager in charge of Professional Services
in 2009. Before working at Assenta, Hhe had a stint of professional practice at Appraisal Consult
(VAC) Accra as a Valuer/Estate Manager from 2003-2008.
Mr. Koranteng has successfully completed LLB Bachelor of Laws from University of London in the
year 2014 and also a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, UK (MRICS).

HFC Realty Ltd (Wholly owned subsidiary of HFC Bank) -2010 2014 Head, Property
Management

Directly in charge of facilities management of HFC Bank Head Office and all the forty (40) Bank
Branches across the country and four (4) subsidiaries.

Managed over 60 estate houses which were put up by HFC Realty at Community 25
Managed over 24 individual residential properties who are Ghanaians but are domiciled abroad
As the Head of the Department, I supervised and signed all valuation reports that were generated
at the Department.

He also handled all Real Estate Advisory Services including Business plans, feasibility studies
market research etc.

Set up the management of Jubilee Mall (almost 6,000 square metres GLA) at KNUST Campus,
Kumasi

Manager, Professional Services

Joined the professional department with oversight responsibilities including managing staff of
about 13 in various sub-departments and co-ordinating their work schedule.

Developed a system to monitor the companys cost centre with respect to expenditure control
vis--vis revenue generation

Developed a system to manage and co-ordinate work schedule among staff. This was meant to
ensure that outstanding jobs were evenly distributed to enable quick and efficient client response
and delivery of quality service to our clients. The system was also designed to assess staff
performance in our offices in Accra, Takoradi and Kumasi as well as track the number of jobs
secured from our various clients.

He also developed a practice procedure manual to guide staff in executing their various tasks.

He was responsible for ensuring that our costs centre budget was kept at a minimum while
optimising revenue generation.

Mr Koranteng was also involved in undertaking valuations for various purposes including secured
lending and insurance on behalf of banks, corporate institutions and private investors.

This experience has proved useful and challenging both professionally and in terms of enhancing
my managerial skills as he had to manage the staff to achieve company goals.

Valuation and Appraisal Consult- 2003 - 2008


Estate Manager/Chartered Surveyor

Mr. Koranteng was the Facilities Manager for all the properties of GLICO Insurance Company as
well as the Head Office of DATA Bank at Ridge.

He joined this practice in 2003 as a Graduate Surveyor undertaking commercial and residential
property valuations on behalf of local and international clients including Canadian High
Commission, Volta River Authority, West Africa Gas Pipeline and private investors and
individuals. He was also involved in valuations on behalf of banks including National Investment
Bank, Barclays Bank, Ecobank, Stand chart etc.

His valuation experience here was very exciting and professionally rewarding as he had the
opportunity to undertake valuations of different types of properties and in different parts of the
country thereby giving me a better understanding of how different property markets work in
different locations.

He was also involved in feasibility studies and works on behalf of private businessmen.

Real Estate Brokerage experience involved representing landlords or tenants in letting or


acquiring office and residential accommodation of varied sizes and in different locations. My
responsibilities also included taking enquiries regarding space requirements, negotiating
occupational lease terms and liaising with Solicitors in drawing up leases for final completion

Technical Director

Benjamin Arthur Yedu is the Technical Director of Croyance Consult. He is a sincere hardworking,
reliable, confident and result oriented individual currently with Valuation and Appraisal Consult (VAC)
as a Manager in charge of the Valuation unit. He was trained as an Estate Management professional
from the Kumasi polytechnic with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) Estate Management with
emphasis on Facilities Management, Project Management, Valuation, property law and last but not
the least Geographic Information System (GIS). Ben has been in the industry for the past nine (9)
years and a Trainee Professional Surveyor of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.
Some major projects Mr. Yedu has executed include: management of the facilities of Montay Co.
Ltd, Glico group of companies and was the head of the valuation team responsible for crop
compensation at Adamus Resources Limited Nzema Gold Operations from October 2009 to June
2013.

He was managing Maxwell House at Asylum down in Accra, supervising and facilitating

acquisition and development of commercial and estate houses at Kantamanto-Accra and Domeabra
near Kasoa respectively from December, 2013 to June 2014. He managed a compensation valuation
project at Asanko Gold Limited (Obotan Gold Project) for-and-on behalf Valuation and Appraisal
Consult from June, 2014 to May, 2015.
Until he joined VAC in 2007, he had a practical industrial attachment with Ghana Ports and Harbours
Authority (GPHA) Estate and Environment Section in 2006 and Tema Municipal Assembly Estate
Section in 2005 and has been involved in all the major facilities management and valuation
assignments undertaken by the VAC and have acquitted himself creditably.

Mr. Yedu is a computer literate and have good command in the application of modern computer
software such as (AUTOCAD, AUTOSKETCH) to sketch building plans and ground floor plans for
valuation purposes and have fair knowledge in Esri Arcmap 10.1 software applications.
He is fluent in English, Twi, Fante and Ga and can partially communicate in Ewe and Nzema.

Kwesi Owusu Sekyere is the Operations Director of Croyance Consult. He is a resourceful and
result oriented person with excellent managerial abilities and pays attention to details He is an
Engineer, Construction Cost Consultant and Occupational health, safety and environmental
management consultant. He has over nine (9) years of experience in Construction, Project

currently works with 3M Middle East and Africa as a technical Consultant. He is also a Technical
consultant at Meridian Agricultural Services (MAS) since July 2015 where he is in charge of health,
safety and quality management.
As a Quantity Surveyor and later the Project manager for swaako Engineering services, Kwesi
performed varied roles such as; Designing and supervising the reconstruction of the Sam Jonah

dam at Goldfields, Tarkwa. He has conducted quantity surveying consultancy services for many
companies and individuals and has handled and supervised numerous construction projects across
the country.
He holds a Post Graduate degree in occupational health, safety and Environmental Management
from the Ghana institute of management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of
Science (BSc) Degree in Material Science and Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University
of Science and Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional and acquired
certification with Nebosh and Osha Academy as a health and Safety professional.

GBEBI LARTEY DAVID


Head of IT & Research

Gbebi Lartey David works with Croyance consults as the Head of IT and Research. In this role,
David builds IT solutions to help both the company and our clients achieve their desired goals for
working with us.
David had his training with NIIT and Cape coat University where he obtained a Diploma and
Degree in Software Engineering respectively. He is a software Engineer by profession. He is
passionate about computers and really grateful that he gets to use them to impact people's lives.

Senior Architect/ Consultant

Efua Amoasi-Andoh works with Croyance Consult as an Architect and provides supports such as
design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration and other
administrative support on a number of client accounts. She is an expertise in providing complex
services focused on building and renovating structures, vent systems, space management and
interior designs.
She hold Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science
and Technology and BSc. Architecture from the same university.
Efua has over 10 years working experience in the area of Architectures and adds to the team very
rich experience. She currently works with Trasacco Estate Developers Company Ltd
She is an ardent user of the Autocad Architecture, google sketch up, Architecture Design,
photoshop, corel draw and sketch up vray
She has communicative English skills, and continues in deepening her speaking and understanding

and versatile lady, with good human relations. Well known for innovation, punctuality and ability to

Until she joined Croyance Consults, she had had a professional practice with Valuation and Appraisal
Consult and a professional attachment with the Land Valuation Boards and Lands Commission
Secretariats in Sekondi-Takoradi. She has since been involved in all the major valuation assignments
