After setting up some schedule and resecheduled

To establish new PV puskesmas, it is being
discussed will be located in Cianjur, West Java or

o Get the new passport

this case Hong Kong Tourism Board is being
approached
Needed the selected travel company to be
appointed, Dwidaya Tour and travel is
recommended
for
ticketing
and
hotel
reservation, and also for the meeting
arrangement
Copy passport to be collected by Dwidaya
Proforma invoice (payment request) need to
be forwarded to HKTB and IFC will pay the
travel company through HKTB
Proforma invoice to be settled
Ticket and hotel reservation are issued after
the invoice is paid
Meanwhile, if HKTB is going to accept the
courtesy request formally, both in Jakarta and
Hong Kong, a formal invitation is also needed to
be sent. However, consider the schedule, most
likely a courtesy is conducted in Hong Kong.
