I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

On 1/14/16 I, Deputy Cudaback was on a traffic stop with IA LIC# DIX439. I identified the male driver as Scott Luke. S.L. was arrested for a warrant.
S.L.'s vehicle was towed. Deputy Meyer did an inventory on the vehicle and seized a green and white glass pipe with marijuana residue in the bowl.
