Running DynCo (dyncfgmx.pl -a ) will start MOECAT which inturn checks syntax and
semantics of allmoc files. In case of any errors found in allmoc files while pa
rsing, the detail error information will be logged into $OMCLOGDIR/moecatmx.log
file.
