Prepare and conduct audit as per schedule, involve SM/PM in monthly audit and share audit report with BA HSE.
Conduct Admin and E&P DIMs system Audit at least 1 per Quarter
Revised Project HSE Plan per Quarter specific to the Site Requirements. Assist in Development of Hazard Risk
Register for PC&S project Sites.

Conduct incident investigation of all potential Near Miss, Incidents, MTC or RWI and share the investigation report
to BA HSE. Ensure the closure of all high severity incidents/LTI recommendations from reports generated by Corp
& BA HSE. Generate valued action/recommendations against all types of incidents and transparently in close out
of actions generated. "Concealment is Sin" communicate the message to Site Management, Zero tolerance on
false reporting and setting accountabilities for concealment of incidents.

Develop DOR (Division of responsibility) of Execution VS HSE site and Site HSE VS BA HSE. Monitor minimum
PPE's inventory level at site store to avoid nonconformance. Conduct one audit/month regarding PPE's availability
at site & Quality and share report with BA HSE. Launch one incentive scheme/month on the basis of best HSE
performance to encourage positive HSE performance and behavior.
Take cost saving initiatives (With evidences) and ensure HSE expenditures are within budget without
compromising its implementation.

Develop at least one lead level HSE resource.


100% submission of weekly reports with supporting documents like NM, FA, MTC, audit, training and MOM reports
before Wednesday of every week. 100% submission of Monthly HSE reports (LI's, KPIs, HSE Statistics and
MATR) with supporting documents before 5th of every month. Ensure that HSE Management System is
implemented at Project sites any gaps are timely identified and raised to appropriate level, Corrective/Preventive
Action Request (CAR/PAR) to be raised and taking follow ups for closure.
