blood donation app and he provided the information about authority of IMA over
other Private blood banks and related NGOs, as he dont work on an office setup
with regard to this body of donors association he told me to contact him when he
reach Ernakulum.

asked him to look into our app by sharing link.
Jishnu Raj(27/05/2016) - Provided an Introduction about our blood donation app,
talked about its features and confidentiality, and need to meet him when he is
available.
IMA BLOOD BANK (15/06/2016)- Make a field visit and explained about the
purpose of our app and enquired about the frequency of blood donation
happening at this particular IMA blood bank, rappo created for future visit and
showed our willingness to work with regard to the promotion of blood donation
MAJ HOSPITAL BLOOD BANK (16/06/2016)- Suspect call made to hospital Blood
bank /Laboratory as per call analysis, an appointment with hospital PRO is
required to be made for proper communication of our purpose
FRIENDS LIBRARY-16/06/2016- Made a suspect call to and explained about our
initiatives and requested to download our app. And communicated our support
towards conducting blood donation motives
KERALA NGO ASSOCIATION-16/06/2016- Made a direct field visit and provided the
demonstration of application and got reference and information about their blood
camps initiatives .And we request their support to propagate our application and
asked their members to install our app. To move on further with Kerala Ngo
association through follow up is required to know different Blood donation camps
that gonna happen with their member Organization
Indian Blood Bank-17/06/2016- Contacted through phone and took direct
appointment and talked about how their operations and tie up with social
Organization in conducting blood donation camps ,requested them to provide
database and enquired about our possibility to sponsor a blood donation camp
with their support .Requested them to install our application
Maharajas College-20/06/2016- Went for a Field visit and contacted Mr. Ujjin and
shared our purpose for the app promotion and download with the blood donors in
this college and social org inside the campus. He advised me to meet after
Thursday for further discussions as the admission process is going on there.
B4blood organization-20/06/2016- Field Visit done shared our application link to
the concerned person of this social org, and requested him to promote our app
and he agreed to inform us regarding the upcoming blood donation camps. And
provided an information regarding a blood Blood donation camp conducted by
Muthoot and its welfare organization called Muthoot snehasraya

Ramavarma Club-20/06/2016-Made a suspect call to demonstrate app and our

purpose, met with a member there and he advised me to meet concerned
authority of club for further positive proceedings
Muthoot WeCare ISR-22/06/2016- Made a suspect call to muthoot and
understood about their social responsibility motives through Snehasyaya
,Muthoot Wecare which aims to improve the individual social responsibility
among its employees. And got information about their regular philanthropic
activities -blood donation on monthly basis, collected phone numbers
regarding the same.
blood Bank Dot Mammootty Dot Com-22/06/2016- Met with Mr.Abdul Manaf and
dicussed our motive about our app. Shared linked and asked them to pass
information when they conducting blood donation camps.
Muthoot Sneharaya -22/06/2016- Reached to muthoot corporate office and talked
about our app.initiatives and they asked us to make and appointment with its
concern person to discuss regarding the same, Reference number collected.

Rajagiri college of Engineering and technology-23/06/2016-made a cold call to
Rajagiri Institute of engineering and technology had a discussion with faculty and
suggested us to contract Indian Social service society where Rajagiri Institute are
part of it, with office setup in Rajagiri campus, with reference from college need
to meet Mr.Rajeesh Chako, who handling the service society in Rajagiri College.
Albertan Institute-22/06/2016- held a field visit to Alberts college, need to meet
Jesus youth organizing persons to discuss further about our motive, and the also
have varies social clubs which has not been inaugurated for the current
academic year
RU College of Management and Technology,Pallikara rd,kakkanad-23/06/2016Met the Red cross wing of RU college which is headed by staff members and their
blood donation campaigns are coordinated with the initiatives of IMA ,asked for
their support to propagate our blood search app.
KMEA Engineering College, Edathala,Aluva- 23/06/2016-Met with the adm office
of college ,took an appointment to meet the NSS Student Coordinator and faculty
Mr.Akhil on Monday.
National Institute of Advance Legal Studies-23/06/2016-met with adm office and
got to know the that college is in vacation .And need to make a call on July 04
when it re-opens. It is Working with NSS for social Welfare.
