INTERPRETATION OF DREAMS

A dream remains useless until you are able to interpret it. Though some of
the dreams are straight forward, others are in symbols and parables.
THINGS TO DO

PRAY about your dreams specifically before sleeping, shut every

loophole that could cause an avenue for the enemy`s operation in your
dreams, refuse all nightmares and implantations and initiations of the
devil through your dreams.
Release yourself to the Holyspirit control by repenting, forgiving and
clearing your mind about any burdens and issues that are weights and
sins in your life. Hebrews 12:1, Rom. 12:2, Matt. 11:28, Psalm 51.
Anytime you sleep angry, you open a door to evil dreams.
Dreams are easily forgotten, therefore, after any dream you need to
wake up and record it. Put down all the details e.g colours, emotions,
numbers, symbols etc. Keeping a dream journal is important especially
in the case of repeated dreams.
You must ask God concerning every dream in prayer before you
attempt to interpret. Daniel 2:16
Think about the seasons of your life and things happening in your life
in relation to the context of your dream so that you can know the
source of your dream.

SYMBOLS are often used in dreams and are therefore a major thing to
consider in dream interpretation.
The symbols you encounter in dreams will depend on your culture, individual
upbringing. You will rarely encounter unfamiliar things.
Animals
1) Dogs - Means a spirit of immorality, sexual pervasion, unclean spirits.
The bible says that adulterers, sorcerers and dogs will be locked out of
heaven where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
2) Cat is an animal commonly used in witchcraft and therefore seeing it
in a dream means the spirit of witchcraft, `majini` spirits are in
operation.
3) Lion the lion is known to be king of animals, seeing a lion means a
superior dangerous and killing spirit could be involved.
4) Rhino, Buffalo, Bull these animals are ferocious, destructive and
violent. This could mean a violent attack is about to charge and you
therefore need to do spiritual warfare to get reinforcement from
heaven to stop such spirits on their tracks.
5) Snake it is associated with deep satanic activities, the serpent having
been involved in the adamic fall makes the snake a symbol of
deception, death and destruction.
6) Owl, Bat, Vulture these birds are associated with death and such
dreams should be prayed against seriously.

7) Flies depict rottenness, decay and repulsive dirt.

PEOPLE
1) Father authority in various context e.g God the Father, a spirit father
or physical father.
2) Baby New beginnings, innocence, new ministry
3) Pregnancy something good or bad is coming to maturity depending
on the context
4) Doctor spiritual leader, healing
5) Woman church
6) Soldier angels of good or evil depending on the context
7) Dead relatives/friends spirit of death hovering via the cause of their
death. Such dreams should be taken seriously until they stop because
the living have no connection with the dead. The enemy uses this to
cause confusion and fear to the living.
PLACES
1) School could mean church situations or the past
2) Hotel or kitchen could also mean church as thats where we get
spiritual nourishment
3) Hospital could mean church or a place of healing
4) Prison means bondage, either physical or spiritual
5) Bathroom means spiritual cleansing through prayer of repentance
6) Toilet means intercessory prayer, this is by reason of its nature of
causing relief to someone it takes without complaining, it secures and
doesn`t spread around, its private
THINGS
1) Cars can mean something that drives your destiny e.g job,
ministry, marriage, church relationship etc. The context of the
dream will give a better revelation e.g the driver, the color, the
make of the car size etc. The speed, condition of the car will also
help you interpret.
2) Bed It means rest or marital issues
3) Teeth different levels in life in the case of new teeth, teeth falling
could mean shame or lack of joy in life. Unclean teeth could mean
foul speech emanating from the person. Brushing of teeth is
watching your speech or repenting of spoken words.
4) Bread God`s word
5) Shoes are about the gospel and the calling upon you life walking
barefoot means you are lacking in the knowledge of the word, torn
shoes etc

6) Hair this symbolises glory, if hair is long and beautiful in a woman

its that the glory of God is upon her the opposite is true if the hair is
cut short, it also means fake glory if you see weaved hair. In men
braided hair and long hair means rebellion (as per our culture)
7) Wedding if already married, refuse any other wedding could
mean death of a spouse etc/ spiritual initiation from the world of
darkness
COLOURS

Red - is danger
Purple is royalty, uplifting and glory
White is purity, spiritual issues
Green life and goodness, growth
Brown symbolises death of a thing or drying or withering as in grass
Orange is fire, fiery trials etc
Yellow spiritual insight, revelation
Black evil, death

NUMBERS

One new beginnings

Nine fruitfulness anointing fruits & gifts of the Holy Spirit are nine
Twelve Ministry fulfilment, commissioning e.g disciples

Weapons To Use
These are some of the weapons we can use to deal with evil dreams and also
to handle warning & alerting dreams. God has given us authority & power in
the name of Jesus. Therefore 2 Corinthians 10:4
Ephesians 6:10 The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty
through God to the pulling down of strongholds (5) casting down imaginations

and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God &
bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.
Word of God counter attack with God`s word. Ask yourself what the
word of God says concerning the situation you find yourself/others in
the dream?

Prayer - You must first bind laziness & slumber so that you rise up &
deal with such dream immediately in prayer we have power to cancel,
release, stop, change e.g Elijah was a man with passions like us .

Name of Jesus - It is above every other name, everything else bows
at the mention of this name. It is a strong tower the righteous will run
into it and they are safe.
The blood of Jesus They overcame by their testimony and the blood

Angels of God Psalm 91:11 He will give angels charge over you.
Psalm 35: 5-6 Let the agel pursue e.g Daniel`s prayer answer being
withheld by the prince of Persia until God sent his angel Gabriel to
pursue. Pray that God reveal to us about angels on assignment
ministers of battle.

enemies

PRAYER
Scatter every satanic bondage programmed against your destiny through
dreams.
PRAY
In the name of Jesus, I believe the word of God is steadfast and unshakable,
endures forever, is powerful and its the power of God the is able to deliver
me out of any bondage.
Father, watch over your word to perform it, because you are faithful, you are
not a man that you should lie neither are you the son of man that you should
change your mind. I know who I am in Christ, I have been purchased by the
blood of Jesus Christ that was shed for me at calvary I am a child of God. I
am called by the name of the Lord. I believe the power in the blood of Jesus, I

have the keys of the kingdom of God in my hands to bind and loose. I have
authority to trample under my feet, serpents, scorpions and all the power of
the enemy. Jesus has disharmed principalities and powers and made a show
of them openly, triumphing over them I hold in my hand now the victory
won for me by my saviour Jesus Christ and I say, every satanic bondage
programmed against my destiny through dreams, scatter in the name of
Jesus.
Every dream of failure in my past, die in the name of Jesus. I fire back every
arrow fired into my dream in the name of Jesus. Any power of darkness
blocking my promotion and progress in life be defeated in Jesus name.
Let my inner eyes be open to see any warning in my dreams in Jesus name.
Arise O God and let your enemies be scattered.
