    GeneralRules

    1.TheCapeCodInternationalFilmFestival,orCCIFFacceptsfilmsmadeanywhereintheworld.
    Forgeneralsubmissions,weacceptfeaturelengthfiction,documentary,andanimationandshort(30
    minutesorless),fiction,documentary,andanimation.
    2Wedonotrequirepremierestatus.Ifafilmhasbeenfeaturedinotherfilmfestivals,itisstilleligiblefor
    CCIFF.Filmsarealsoeligibleiftheyhavescreenedatatheatricalexhibition,anywhereintheworld,
    whereticketshavebeensold.TheFilmmayhavebeenpreviouslyreleasedonDVDorbroadcaston
    televisionortheinternetanywhereintheworld.
    3ItisthesoleresponsibilityoftheApplicanttosecureclearancefromthecopyrightholdersofany
    copyrightedmaterialsincludedwithinthesubmittedFilm.CCIFFwillnotbeheldresponsibleforthe
    unauthorisedinclusionofanycopyrightedmaterialswithinorrelatingtothesubmittedFilm.CCIFF
    reservestherighttodisqualify,withoutrefundofanyorallsubmissionfeespreviouslycollectedfromthe
    Applicant,anyFilmwithanyunauthorisedinclusionofanycopyrightedmaterials.
    4.ForeignlanguagesubmissionsmustbesubmittedwithEnglishlanguagesubtitles.
    5.AllsubmissionswillbereceivedforpreselectiononlineorDVDonly.TheDVDsubmissionswill
    onlybereturnedtotheentrantsifaprepaid,selfaddressedpackagingisincludedwiththesubmission.
    6.CCIFFreservestherighttodisqualify,withoutrefundofanyorallsubmissionfeespreviously
    collectedfromApplicant,anyFilmthatisnotsubmittedononeoftherecommendedstandardformats.
    7.DVDsneedtobesentto:ProgrammingCommittee,CapeCodInternationalFilmFestival,1Rena
    Street,Boston,MA,USA02134.

    9CCIFFwillnotbeheldresponsibleforanysubmissionslost,delayedordamagedinthemailor
    elsewhere.
    10FilmsmustbeavailabletoscreenduringtheCapeCodInternationalFilmFestival2015.
    11Selectionforscreeningwillbedeterminednolaterthanonemonthpriortothefestival.
    12Prizesarenonnegotiableandarenontransferable.
    13.Ifyourfilmisselectedwereservetherighttoscreenyourfilmatatimeanddateasdeterminedby
    theprogrammingcommittee.
    14.ItistheresponsibilityoftheApplicanttoensurethatfilmsforscreeningaredeliveredwiththe
    festivalorganizersatleast10daysbeforeanyscheduledscreening.
    15.CCIFFreservestherighttouseextractsfromsubmissionsforfestivalpublicityandmarketing
    purposes.Presskitsarenotrequired,butareuseful,sopleasefeelfreetosendthesewithyour
    submissions.
    16.Submissionfeesare$35.00USDforshortfilms,and$45.00USDforfeaturelengthfilms.
