Duties + Requirements
Mechanical and Electrical Engineer
Duties

Plan and design power stations and equipment for generators and air-conditioners
Supervise construction plans and specifications and draw up contracts
Supervise operating and maintenance staffs
Design and produce drawings of electrical and air-conditioning systems using ComputerAssisted
Design (CAD)
Decide on the type and arrangement of circuits, transformers, circuit-breakers, transmission
lines and equipment, based on calculations
Make or improve products such as electric motors, parts, equipment and appliances
Prepare and interpret specifications, drawings and regulations for the use of electric and
airconditioners power equipments
Work out delivery and installation schedules for machines, switchgear, cables and fittings
Organize and manage staffs and materials in the making of electrical parts, machines appliances
and equipments
Make sure that completed works meet specifications and safety standards
Design and install control and signaling devices for road, rail and air traffic
Design telecommunications equipment and networks
Contribute and adhere to safety requirements

Requirements

Cambodian national, Males aged 25 to 40

Minimum 3+ years relevant working experience
Minimum hold a Bachelor/Master Degree of Electrician or/and Mechanical Engineer
Proficiency in Khmer and English, Mandarin will be an added advantage
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Projection ...etc)
Able to identify, analyze and solve problems
Matured, resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Honest and hardworking
Creative and flexible with team working
Able to work independently and accept responsibility
Quantity Surveyor

Duties

Souring of new tenders/projects

Attend site show round, review contract documents
Project costing and preparation of Bill of Quantity
Evaluate and recommend subcontractors/suppliers
Prepare approved subcontractors/suppliers list

Verified work done for progress claims

Prepare Letter of Award
Ensuring all quality requirements are understood by site staffs, subcontractors/suppliers
Ensuring and coordinating for the subcontractor quality control/implementation on site
Responsible for the reviewing all quality records on site
Carrying out regular check for quality work done on site by subcontractors
Monitoring Non Conformances and following up with site team

Requirements

Cambodian national, Males or Female aged 30 to 40

Minimum 3+ years relevant working experience
Possess a Degree or Professional Qualification in Engineering preferably in Quantity Surveyor
At least 3 years working experience in Quantity Surveyor & Q.A.-Q.C
Proficiency in Khmer and English, Mandarin will be an added advantage
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop)
Matured, resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Honest and hardworking
Creative and flexible with team working
