NOTICE FOR VERIFICATION TO CHECK NAME IN SECC LIST AND NFSA LIST Names of all bonafide persons residing in block and municipality are included in SECC -2011 list (Draft & Supplement). They may check it through website www.hooghly.gov.in .Then click SECC-2011. He may also check his name in NFSA list for Ration Card. If his name is not in NFSA list but he wishes to have Ration Card he may apply. For checking his name in NFSA list please visit www.hooghly.gov.in. Then click NFSA list. Those person whose name is in SECC-11 list only apply for Ration Card through Green Form if his name is not in NFSA list. For filling of Green Form he may visit the website www.hooghly.gov.in and then click AHL with TIN list. The number is required for filling of Green Forms.
