Hoover Poly Tanks are used as chemical storage tanks for industrial and agricultural applications, water and septic
tanks, and are also UN/DOT approved IBCs that can be used for hazardous material storage, as well as numerous
other liquid storage applications.
These poly tanks are durable and can withstand extreme service environments and harsh outdoor weather. Each

Hoover has designed a custom pipe-down modification for Bulk Delivery Units. This modification is designed to
keep the operator at ground level allowing easy access to fill, load and access points with both feet on the ground.
This reduces the risk of performing tasks from the top of the tank by providing a safer environment.
At Hoover, we realize there will always be times that require an operator to perform tasks on top of the tank. To
address this issue, we have installed Catwalks and Safety Tram Fall Protection Systems as standard equipment.
Now, the operator can walk seamlessly across the top of the tank secured by a safety harness. In addition to fall
protection, Hoover has installed a fender feature that includes a step-up ladder all as standard equipment.

The Hoover aviation container was designed specifically for the transportation and storage of aviation fuels. The
aviation container features a PV assembly (pressure/vacuum) which helps prevent damage to the container during
pump-off and filling. The Jet-A aviation container has unique feature that encompasses a 1 valve on the bottom
adjacent to the 2 discharge valve. This valve is for sampling the fuel and/or draining possible condensate off the
container. The valve is located at the lowest point on the bottom. The Jet-A tank has the same capabilities of the
standard Liquitote in handling all hazardous liquid systems.

HOPPER TOTES & GREASE BINS

Hoover hopper totes and grease bins allow manufacturers to transfer
and store viscous products with greater efficiency. Using the same
10-gauge construction and square design as the Hoover intermediate bulk (IBC) container and adding a 45 sloped bottom, Hoover
engineered and IBC specifically for medium viscosity products. This
line of IBCs is perfect for the storage, transportation, and dispensing
of greases, lubricants, oils, and inks.

MULTI-TANK DNV TRANSPORT FRAMES
Hoover is the first to design and build a DNV-certified IBC transport frame in the United States. This transport
frame has passed extensive design and performance testing for strength, durability, and safety and meets all
requirements of DNV 2.7-1 for offshore applications.

Liquitote Intermediate Bulk Containers or other IBCs in an offshore environment.

MULTI-TANK DNV TRANSPORT FRAMES

The Multi-Tote Transport Carrier is designed to safely contain two to four 550 gallon IBC totes for transport. This
package reduces loading and unloading time and increases the general HS&E workspace by securing the individual
IBCs (totes) during transit. The 4-Tote Transport Carrier provides a safer four point hook up for rigging and reduces
crane and boat time during the loading and unloading.

Hoovers Tuff Gut patented Food Grinder is used in a variety of settings including offshore platforms, marine
vessels, hospitals, rigs, and cafeterias. This food grinder design is completely self-contained and can be driven
by electricity, hydraulic pressure or air pressure. The grinder can be used alone, or it may be used as a plug-in

Whether your business deals with hazardous or non-hazardous material, Hoover has a cleaning solution for you.
Internal cleaning starts with a pre-rinse, then goes in to a high pressured and detailed caustic or detergent based
wash followed by a steam dry.
Exterior cleaning includes a high pressure wash with individual parts being cleaned, decals and remaining adhesives
are also removed from the container.
Hoover now offers a broader range of washing and service capabilities by installing Thermo Oxidizer (TO) units
in its Scott, Louisiana and Houston, Texas facilities. By doing so, Hoover has increased its cleaning capabilites
to include washing and servicing tanks that have contained products with VOCs. These pollutants are generally
hydrocarbon based so when destroyed - via the Thermo Oxidizer units - are chemically changed to form CO2 and
H2O giving Hoover 99.5+% Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) oxidation or destruction efficiency.

HEAVY DUTY STANDS FOR IBC SUPPORT

Hoover manufactures and distributes a wide variety support stands for IBCs. The stand holds 25,000 lbs of weight
and allow easy access for valve connections and provides an effective barrier between the IBC and base floor.
They provide a safer work environment by allowing an improved ease access for container connections. The
stands are tubular carbon steel constructed with 7 gauge top platform and front and rear stops. These stands are
available in a variety of sizes and configurations.
The stands feature a durable powder-coated surface painted to Hoover blue color, and also available in custom
colors.

FEATURES
The patented calibration assembly features. Easy to

install, these gauges are precisely adjusted at the factory
to fit any tank with depths up to twelve feet.
The Site Glass Level Gauge provides a visual means

for checking the content of an IBC and a means for
checking the injection rate when pumping directly from
the IBC. The injection rate is checked by closing a
valve between the gauge and tank and observing the
level change in the gauge tube for one minute. If higher
pump rate is required, the test period can be shortened.
Fitted with 1/2 MNPT and 3/8 MNPT bottom and top
connections
Wide option of elastomers are available
Site tube is totally enclosed on three sides by a metal
frame and on the front with a shield for safety
Easy to install - insert nozzels into the existing valves
Shield can be supplied with various scales indicating
height, calibration rate, or tank volume
One piece continuous gauge provides total visibility of
liquid level of tank
The oil industrys most widely accepted liquid level

indicator. Simply designed for long life and at-aglance readability. The float gauge utilizes direct
mechanical action to accurately measure liquid levels.
No complicated gears, cams, magnets or tapes to
break down or wear out.

(which is removable and refillable) on top of a
Liquitote base intermediate bulk container.
This stacked system allows liquids to be
piped directly to the area of use from the base
tank. This configuration offers end users an
economical opportunity to qualify for bulk
rates on products. These stacked systems
are environmentally friendly by providing
a closed delivery system which minimizes
potential environmental problems associated
with fumes, hazardous waste residue, and
accidental spillage. Stacked systems are
available in a number of variations. Hoovers

Certifications and affiliations support our commitment to quality. We start with the finest raw materials, such as
extremely rugged stainless steel. Then we use techniques like single-seam automated plasma welding to ensure
the highest levels of product durability. Finally, we subject our products to a rigorous testing regime which assures

UN/DOT
All Hoover Intermediate Bulk Containers are designed,

manufactured and tested to Title 49 CFR, Sub
Chapter C (Hazardous Materials Regulations), Part 178
(Specifications for packaging), Subpart N & O (for IBCs),
as well as UN Model Regulations Chapter 6.5. Our containers are
meant to transport packaging groups II and III hazardous materials.
SRI - THE STEEL RECYCLING INSTITUTE
The Steel Recycling Institute (SRI) is an industry association that

promotes and sustains the recycling of all steel products. The
SRI educates the solid waste industry, government, business and
ultimately the consumer about the benefits of steels infinite recycling
cycle. Hoover recycles all steel scrap from our manufacturing process
as well as the steel from our damaged and obsolete totes.
GOST CERTIFICATION
Hoover has obtained the GOST certification which

is a certificate of compliance of goods produced
by Russian companies or shipped to Russia by an
approved import company.

IMDG INTERNATIONAL MARITIME

DANGEROUS GOODS
IMDG, is the United Nations specialized agency with responsibility

for the safety and security of shipping and the prevention of marine
pollution by ships. Our Intermediate Bulk Containers are designed,
manufactured and tested to IMDG paragraph 6.5.
DNV DET NORSKE VERITAS
DNV 2.7-1 was developed by the Norwegian standards

organization Det Norske Veritas. DNV 2.7-1 was first
published in 1986 and was quickly recognized as the
offshore industry standard. The code is a rigorous set of
material requirements, manufacturing procedures, and
maintenance rules that ensure safe cargo transport in the offshore
environment. Hoover has a number of products including offshore
tanks, frames and slings which are DNV certified.
