SmartAX MA5694s and MA5669

The SmartAX MA5669 and MA5694s are industry-leading remote multi dwelling unit (MDU) launched
by Huawei, These series products can satisfy government and medium- and small-size enterprise
requirements on wireless coverage, video monitoring, and broadband Internet access. MA5694S/
MA5669 are integrated box-type device, which can be installed in a variety of scenarios, such as
the desk, corridor, or outdoors. Moreover, they feature easy installation and maintenance, wide
temperature range, low power consumption, silent design, reliable performance, and energy savings.

Application Scenarios
In the upstream direction, the MA5694s and MA5669 connect to the Optical Line Terminal (OLT) through the GPON port (MA5694S
with VDSL), while in the downstream direction they connect to the camera or wireless Access Point (AP) through the GE/FE port.
In this manner, the MA5694Sand MA5669 provide transmission channels for videos and Wi-Fi Internet surfing services, meeting
requirements for Wi-Fi coverage and video monitoring in diversified fields, such as the community, energy, and transportation. Note
that the MA5694S and MA5669 support Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology; therefore, issues related to AP or camera power
can be resolved.

High reliability: System reliability indicators are considered in the system, hardware, and software designs to ensure normal
equipment operation. In addition, the MA5694S and MA5669 support wide temperature ranges. Specifically, they support working
temperatures ranging from -40C to 55C and even can be started at -25C. Moreover, they can be protected against 6 kV lightning.
Flexible installation mode: Based on the Huawei comprehensive unisite outdoor cabinet solution, the MA5620, MA5626, or
MA5669 can be mounted on a wall or a pole in indoor or outdoor scenarios.
Plug-and-play (PnP) service provisioning: The MA5694S/MA5669 allows remote issuing of configuration. A management channel and
service channel are created after the product is powered on and registers successfully. Manual onsite configuration is not required.
