Creation of Transport of Copies

Introduction:
SometimeswegetarequirementtoreleasesomeTransportRequests(TR)todifferentlandscapeforfurtherdevelopmentor
testingpurpose.However,attimeswemayneedtohavethoseTRagaininoriginalsystemformakingchanges.
Inordertodothis,SAPhasprovidedafacilitycalledTransportofCopies.Wecancreatethetransportofcopiesandadd
thosereleasedTRintoitandthencontinuewithourchanges.
Thiscanalsobeuseforotherpurposesuchaswhenyouwanttotestthesoftwarechangesinonesystemwithouthaving
themtransportedautomaticallytoothersystemsinyourtransporttrack.
Prerequisites:Alltaskshavebeenreleasedintheoriginaltransportrequest.

Letsnowlookatthedetailedstepbystepprocessonhowtocreateitusingactualexample.
1) Open the transaction code SE09 and click on CREATE icon. There is one more way to do this and that is click on
Request/TaskandthenclickonCREATE.
