No. (082) 235-2564 BAC Resolution Declaring SCRB and Recommending Award of the Contract RESOLUTION NO. 04-2016 WHEREAS, the Philippine Ports Authority — Port Management Office of Davao continuously advertised for seven (7) calendar days an Invitation to Bid for the project: Repair of Back-up Area at Berth 10, (Phase I) , Sasa, Davao City; in the PPA website, in PhilGEPS, at a newspaper of general circulation and at the bulletin board located at the lobby of PMO-Davao on April 7, 2016; WHEREAS, Resolution No. 03-2016 entitled “BAC Resolution on the Result of the Preliminary Examination of Bids; Declaring Lowest Calculated Bid; and Declaring the Conduct of Post Qualification” dated May 4, 2016 was passed by the BAC wherein the following were resolved: @) To declare the technical and financial documents of Khan Kon Chi Construction as having passed the preliminary examination of bids; b) To declare Khan Kon Chi Construction the Bidder with the Single Calculated Bid for the: Repair of Back-up Area at Berth 10, (Phase |) , Sasa, Davao City; and ©) To subject Khan Kon Chi Construction to the post qualification stage; WHEREAS, upon post-qualification or careful examination, validation and verification of all the eligibility, technical and financial documents submitted Khan Kon Chi Construction the same were found to be responsive; WHEREAS, the post qualification meeting for the deliberation of the post qualification report was held on May 4, 2016 wherein the BAC approved the said report's recommendation declaring Khan Kon Chi Constructions bid to be responsive; NOW, THEREFORE, we, the members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED: @) To declare RR Khan Kon Chi construction as the Single Calculated and Responsive Bidder for the Repair of Back-Up Area at Berth 10, (Phase |), Sasa, Davao City; and b) To recommend to the Head of the Procuring Entity, the Port Manager of the Philippine Ports Authority - Port Management Office of Davao the award of the contract to the said Single Calculated and Responsive Bid.RESOLVED, at the Philippine Ports Authority, Port Management Office of Davao, Km. 10, Sasa, Davao City, this 11” day of May 2016.
