2013-2015CTO in residence who led engineering efforts for multiple startups in business travel,
education, real estate and CRM to use Mobile, Big Data, Data Science and insights in order to
identify and engage with qualified customers in real time. Scope of work includes team recruiting,
product architecture and technology definition, product design & prototype, user experience and
product delivery.
2003-2012Opened office & recruited Engineering teams in Bay area (0-70+ engineers) for IT
enterprise software provider. Designed and Developed a Cloud based IT Service & Asset
management platform that increased company valuation from $25M to $200M+. Integrated
distributed (Russia, England, Germany and US) and acquired development teams (200+) with
diverse skills set into a cohesive unit by consolidated development streams and implementing
consistent Agile and Quality focus processes. Started offshore operations in India and China.
2000-2003--Transformed desktop Helpdesk software application into web-based enterprise platform
resulting in SBU acquisition for geometric stakeholder ROI. Increase dramatically customer
satisfaction by integrating customer support, engineering and professional services processes on
one tool set.
1998-2000--Led McAfees IT transformation from cost center to business enabler by implementing &
integrating front & back office (CRM, SAP, Web services, e-Commerce, HR) operations that

SUMMARY: Treilla is a business intelligence consulting company giving companies access to customer
intelligence by transforming data into opportunities via big data, data science, social media technologies.
It enables businesses to identify and engage with qualified consumers in real time through mobile
services and apps.

Sales Team Collaboration app and platform (CRM). Design prototype and defined first product
features. Defined and implemented cloud architecture and multi devices (iOS, Android) app.
Real Estate exchange and data platform. Mobile platform aimed at giving consumers access to real
estate intelligence via big data, data science and mobile experience by enabling them to identify
and engage with qualified real estate professionals in real time. Design product features and
implemented a consumer an iPhone app for consumers and a mobile BI app for real estate brokers.
Travel & Meetings (Media). Defined and executed digital media strategy for print media publication
to increase readership and advertisement revenues. Launch 3 new digital media products. A new
web site, a digital magazine on tablet devices (iPad) and a mobile app to provide daily news and

SUMMARY: Turnaround the software development organization. Initiated and led new architecture,
product and content development.
SCOPE: Owned three business lines (ITSM (started up personally), ITIM and CRM) representing 90% of
the companys product revenue. Directed US and international staff (150+) and annual budgets in the
$10M$25M range. Managed all Frontrange technical partnerships including those with IBM, Microsoft
and SAP.
ACHIEVEMENT HIGHLIGHTS
OPERATIONSOpened Bay Area office & Recruited engineering team of 70 Integrated distributed
(Russia, England, Germany and US) and acquired development teams (150+) with diverse skills set
into a cohesive unit by consolidated development streams and implementing consistent Agile and
Quality focus processes. Started offshore operations in India and China.
Designed and implemented Frontranges cloud-based architecture and technology platform,
credited with significantly accelerating the delivery of new offerings across each product suite.
Instituted an Agile development culture to integrate support, professional services, engineering and
product management.
METRICS--Produced multiple new products in first 18 months. Delivered 20 feature-rich releases
worldwide that generated hundreds of millions of dollars in annual new client revenues. Cloud
platform was a major market capitalization factor as the companys valuation grew from $25M to
$200M after privatization in 2009.

in the $15M range.
