The entire switchgear room needs to be

There is no secondary exit available as a
steel bar has been welded across the double
doors in order to keep out burglars. This
poses significant danger to the operator,
should a breaker explode while inside the
Sub-Station the operator will have only one
way out. The 2 person rule must absolutely
be applied here when operating is being
done. (risk & assurance)

2 lights inside the sub-station are defective.

naming the sub-station.

or 3 lever lock & key. This key is in the
possession of the chemical services
supervisor.
The 380V incomer is not labeled, it should
indicate from where it is getting supplied

MPCB 7. Clamp indicate that these earths
are rated at 20kA/sec. this is not possible for
such thin earth leads. When last where they

should be removed after confirming that
they are fully de-commissioned and
declassified.

walls around it, allowing anyone to operate
on this board and to approach it without the
correct flash suit. A fence should be built
around this board or it should be moved into
the Workshop sub-station no: 2 +/- 50
meters from where it is standing currently.
